Burger King — Restaurant in Stow

Three of the last four visits they have made some mistakes. Twice in a row we ordered double cheeseburgers only to receive singles (we had the receipts) and we just ordered a couple cini-mini's and they forgot to put the icing packets in our bags. When we brought the mistakes to their attention the manager said shd was not the regular managee at this restaurant and made no apologies, just blew us off. Will search for other Burger Kings in the area from now on!

Updatw: Just tried to go through drive thru at 10:25pm to get some sandwiches for kids just returning from a trip to Cedar Point. Car in front if me ordered chicken sandwiches that take 10 minutes to cook so me and the line behind us have to wait because the employees aren't able to bring the sandwiches out the front door to the car like they do any other time. Ive worked at bk as a manager. If i ever saw my employees acting the way i just recieved service at this burger king they would be repremanded and written up. I am a semi regular at this bk because its close to my house i get fresh onion rings (because i know bk will serve hours old onion rings vrs dropping them when theyre supposed to) and thats about it. There was so much wrong with this visit because it was close to their closing time? Last i check the business is still open u til the lights are off? Well i sat in drive thru order spot for almost a minute before i was even interacted with. Another minute before i could place order. The employees inside acted likei was ruining their night by coming and getting onion rings. Idk it was an attitude issue more than an on paper issue. I felt so strongly im writing this review before i evwn get to eat my my food. Id say be thanmful im not just contacting carrols corporate. Do better would be my recommendation really...

Terrible quality. Was at the drive thru last week and ordered $30 of food. Not only was one sandwich missing, the others looked like they were slopped together and left to sit for hours. Figured it was just a bad/long night for the crew and gave them another chance today. Wanted to order the sourdough chicken king that is pictured on the website only to find out they don't carry them, or any sour dough sandwiches for that matter. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich instead and upon opening it saw a piece of chicken put on it that looked pretty good, half a slice of tomato, three pieces, LITERALLY THREE PIECES of lettuce, a piece of bacon fat and the mayonnaise squirted in one spot all the way to the side. I don't know if your staff are just oblivious and ignorant or if quality doesn't matter to this location....
