I have visited this location three times and purchased a vaporizer battery each time and all three of them stopped working within one week two stopped working within one hour, and after going to the location and trying to do an even exchange, I didn’t even want my money back, but after not being able to use the vaporizer after only buying it within the last 48 hours and they could not exchange, nor would they allow a return, or any other way to make it right. So I bought a 5/10 thread vape pen. $16.00. Wouldn’t charge, went back. They wouldn’t even exchange it. Lady in front of brought something back they told her no Refunds because that’s what she wanted, I just wanted an exchange. Also 3 people just sitting in there, like it’s a hookah lounge today also puffing. Not sure what that was about. Bottom line to many vape shops in stow and just opening up.
