I went here one time with my wife and after ordering one item at the drive thru, the woman taking the order then said my total and told me to pull up. I then said, "I am not done." She then said, "go ahead." I said, "hold on a second." It took a moment because my wife was still deciding because she must read the McDonald's drive-thru menu like it is the cover of the New York Times before she can make a decision. But I digress, this a review of McDonald's not my wife, but on a side note she is a 4 out of 5. But back to the point, the woman taking the order then tells me to hold on, so I just sit there holding on for what feels like forever, but according to my dashboard clock it was a time that spanned 3:34 until 3:38. She eventually comes back on and asks, "are you there?" And I respond, "yes." She then says, "I have been waiting here." I then yell, "you told me to hold on!" She says, "Well go ahead and order." I say, "No thanks and f*uck off." But because I was on the inside lane of the two lane drive-thru, I had to just awkwardly sit there and wait for a chance to leave.    Read moreMy little girls and I just went through the drive through tonight and I ordered 2 happy meals. There was a younger gentleman working the window and he was so polite and friendly. Afterwards, we had to stop by chipotle (which is right across a side street in the plaza). When we were pulling out to leave the chipotle parking lot and the young man from McDonaldâs ran up to my window and gave me two small French fries that went with the happy meal they forgot to put in. He said âI am making sure you get your happy meals the right way!!â It was extremely nice of this man to do that for us, because we all know there is nothing worse than getting home and your Food order being wrong. I wish I would have gotten his name, it all just happened so fast. He was a younger man, with checkered pants on I believe. (looked like pajama bottoms but I could be wrong) I wish more people where like this man, my little girl even said âthat was so nice of that guy to bring my fries to my car!â I wish more people in the industry cared as much as he did.    Read moreUsed UberEats today. I started using them several months ago and the first 3 orders were hot & perfect & complete. Each order after got a little screwed up and for 3 times UberEats corrected with credits for missing or cold or food prepared incorrectly. Today, I made a HUGE order and had 3 (2 cookies) missing, 4 cheeseburgers missing and one McFlurry was 1/2 filled. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD ALSO. Contacted UberEats & they said, âSorry but youâve had too many issues in the past that we gave partial credit for, call McDonaldâsâ. I got in touch via email and was told to contact UberEats, but âthanks for letting us knowâ. Clearly this place couldnât care LESS about packing orders and checking them against the ticket. They also donât coordinate with the driver because the progress bar had the food being prepped at 11:53 and the driver picking it up at 12:26. So the food sat there about 30 minutes after it was cooked, prepped, wrapped and bagged. This place SUCKS and so does UBEREATS!!!! I had to give a star rating to actually post this.
