LuCha 露茶 — Restaurant in Stow

I always come to this place! I like it, and I come from Barberton to get the boba I like, however I was there on Sunday and ordered a strawberry milk smoothie with strawberry pearls added and it comes with the crystal jellies. Well I waited and it came out in the wrong size and had peach pearls instead of strawberry, and I’m allergic to peaches so I was like this wasn’t right, and I didn’t say anything about the size because it was a .50 difference and I just want my drink, well it comes out and I leave and I get to my car and noticed it’s still wrong size but it didn’t have the crystal jellies and I paid extra to have both the crystal and strawberries so I went back in and just ordered and paid for a new one because I wanted the drink I came for and since they messed it up twice I didn’t want it messed up again, I ordered it the same except this time specified a regular instead of a large like last time before and they charged me less, so the overcharged me this first one and didn’t get the size I ordered and messed up the boba twice, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second time I was just upset, didn’t get mad at them, just wanted my drink, and I even tipped too, which just also frustrates me because you messed up my drink twice and didn’t make it right until I bought another drink, I felt so embarrassed too when the first time should have been right but it seems someone pressed the wrong button which is okay! I was fine with that but for it to be messed up twice and still not the right size really made me upset, might come back...

I recently visited Lucha and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the taro brown sugar boba milk with coconut jellies and the passionfruit tea with mango popping boba. Both drinks were incredibly delicious and well-prepared. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect drinks based on my preferences. What I appreciated most was the customization options available. I could adjust the sweetne level and ice amount, which made my drink just right. The bubble tea was not overly sweet, and the boba had the perfect chewy texture.

Best Boba in Cleveland!! I love going to the location in Aurora, I’m really glad they opened up a new location in Stow. You can really taste the freshness of their teas and how it’s made with real milk and fruit instead of powder. Their teas are super high quality and delicious.

Not only do they sell drinks, their pastries are also the best! Their cake rolls are fresh and fluffy, I love the strawberry cake roll. There are fresh fruits in the cake roll that makes it 10 times better.

Their service is also amazing. The employees will take the time to explain the menu to you if you’ve never had boba before. Overall, I love this place and I recommend everyone...
