I order on the app at this location at least twice a week, I'm here frequently. 50% of the time my drink is made so incorrectly I have to come back because for some reason no one working here can read off a label that says exactly what I want in my drink. I have only ever called to complain ONCE out of the many times my drink was made incorrectly (which once again, it is literally on the side of the cup). I am always very polite about it being made wrong and point out what I wanted was not in it and am always told by the worker "I didn't make it but I guess I'll fix it." I don't care if you made it or not, I'm not going to call and complain I just want my drink made right when I come here. Please just fix it without an attitude, I am not here to make your day worse I literally just want whip cream and caramel drizzle on my cold brew....
This Starbucks is by far the worst I've ever been to, the employees are rude (save a few only 2 that have ever made my drink correct) and they cannot even spare the time to make a customers drink correct, it takes 1 minute of time to read drink ingredients before making a drink instead they make the basic drink and hand it to me without ever reading the extras I want.
I've ordered here 36times since the end of march and out of those 36 times less than half were made correctly about 17ish, the other times (probably about 10) I was only missing one thing (caramel drizzle) which I can survive without (poor me actually wanting something I paid for) so I never complained but the other times I very much had to return to get my...

It's incredibly irritating especially since the ONLY way this place ever gets my simple order done correctly is when I order it through the app (all I ask for is skim milk, no foam-- nothing crazy & nothing off the idiotic "secret" menu). If I'm going to wait in their stupid long 20 minute drive-thru line, I want to know I'm getting the right drink. I'm done with this place. So, my bank account thanks you, Kent Rd. It was made cold., "well, I thought you meant to order it cold so I made it cold." We knew we ordered it hot. It's what she wanted and we paid for. The attached photo is the level of care you get after you tell them you did order it hot and that's what you want. No cares. No sorry. Just a half filled drink that leaves us wondering where the customer service to just make it right is. We didn't ask for anything else. Just to be made properly. And it also tastes terrible.
