Taco Bell — Restaurant in Stow

Meat is thawed out from bags they just put the big plastic bag of all meats in a big hot water tank to thaw it take it out and pour it in the meat area. The staff one night literally stopped working for one night because it was so busy inside and at the drive thru. Your food has been vaped all over by both Nicotine and THC pens. They don't pick up the phone purposely. It makes sense to why the turn over rate. Eat here with caution. Apply here with caution you might catch Pneumonia from standing at the drive thru all night try to call the restaurant to tell them you won't be in because you're so sick you have to go to the hospital where your main doctor is located at which isn't in Summit. From Cleveland had to go to up to the main campus had to stay in the hospital due to the fact I already have the rare autoimmune disease SPS. Don't apply here if your not a human that can catch a cold but you can't wear a jacket unless it's black while working………really I'm working the drive thru I don't think they care what color a coat is especially when it's cold everyone doesn't own a plan black jacket I did the best that I could and found the darkest blue one I had if you want your employees to do a good job then don't schedule them back to back and only give them one shirt no one is doing a load of laundry every day/night if you want the employees to only wear a black jacket at the window provide one. I did learn one thing and that is Heather H. it is true what people say you're a 're re' or as I say an idjit! The employees were fun and nice very welcoming but with the way this country is going I'm gonna go back to college now that I know exactly what I want to do and make more money then you in the medical field Heather I'll send you a proper fitting blazer. I've seen the cute small ones you wore on small models I'm not the poster person for health and fitness but atleast I know my size. Heather you can't be the size of Sherk and try to look cute with your muffin tops hanging out the sides of your tiny blazer yeah you have TOPS plural. i was just in picking up a delivery that i could see sitting on the counter & i went unacknowledged for 10 minutes (7:39-7:49). having worked almost two decades in various food & customer service establishments, i truly can empathize with the fact that sometimes, it gets busy. it even gets busy across multiple channels at the same time. but for THREE people to just stare at me at various times between their drive thru orders is honestly unacceptable. i would have happily waited twice the amount of time if someone had just simply said “hello, we will be with you in one moment.” if that one little, simple thing was done, i would quite literally not be writing this review at all right now. i hope if anyone that works there is reading this, please take this as a learning opportunity. i know there are nasty karens out there, but i felt like one eventually once i loudly said “hello? i have been looking at the order i am picking up for 10 minutes, all i need is for someone to pass it over to me please 😭” that could have been so much easier for everyone involved, & i really hope that my constructive criticism can help the employees...

I came to this Taco Bell last night after working a double I was hungry and exhausted and not feeling to great but anyway i can honestly say after leaving the drive thru I had a smile on my face and felt alot better because of a kid named Micah (hope I spelled it right) but let me tell you its real rare anymore to have good customer service at fast food places very limited amount of people have what it takes to work with people. But Micah was absolutely amazing he was so sweet and you could tell he really seems to like his job and taking care of people. He is wonderful and honestly should be a manager with the customer service skills he has.I actually thanked him last night for being so kind and such a good worker and I really hope a manager sees this and Micah sees this and he gets some recognition because he definitely deserves it!!!!
