Conditions at this locations are dropping. They do not properly pay attention to what's being ordered anymore. For instance, tonight we got a bacon king with tomato and extra onion. It only had two strips of bacon (supposed to be 6 strips), no onion. When marking both American and Swiss cheese, they give only the Swiss ignoring the American cheese. The large sides of fries and onion rings weren't even half filled either. The visit before this, about a week prior, ordered a basic whopper with cheese and bacon. There was no cheese or bacon at all then.
And, while not this locations fault, the company's app is awful when it comes to marking things as missing or incorrect as it doesn't list certain things like the cheese and bacon separate so you're forced to mark the whole meal or a side as "missing" to get any compensation or action taken. And often when you select certain things the submit button refuses to work. So always be sure to check your order before you leave and have them correct it right then and there....
Read moreThe time is now 5:20. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:04 and ordered a chocolate milkshake. Keep in mind I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted for my order. I've been sit at the window for another several minutes only to be told to pull forward in order to wait for one chocolate milkshake into nothing else. They were not busy at all. When I finally got this milkshake, it was not chocolate but vanilla with chocolate syrup at the bottom. I asked about this and they told me it just doesn't mix correctly. They never once apologized for the wait or offered to make the milkshake the right way. I had debated on getting actual hot food and I am glad that I did not make that choice because God only knows what the quality of food I would have gotten might have been or how long it would have taken. Read moreI will start with both ladies working should be fired! Neither had a headset so I waited 3 minutes at the speaker, drove to window no one inside, came in and both were in the back. No coffee made, old hash browns in tray. Very rude when it came to speaking with customers. Made fun of the people coming through the drive thru after they had to come to the window to be helped in front of other customers in the store. All in all they should not be in a service business if that is how they run your business.
