Ashton is a hidden gem. She provided cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We did tastings with 2 different caterers based in 2 different cities and both of them recommended her. She had high reviews and was great to connect with. She’s very in demand and I’m glad we got her booked as soon as possible. Her prices were reasonable and clear from the beginning. She was also able to lay out tons of flavor options and had plenty for us to taste. We also visited her bakery one day after our walkthrough and grabbed even more sweet treats, yum! You truly have no idea that her cakes are free of so many things… it is amazing and was such a blessing for my 6 year old cousin who can’t eat peanuts to be able to eat anything she wanted at the reception without having to worry. She also set up our cake table and did a beautiful job. The stands are rentals from her and the set up design was also all her! She communicated her arrival time to my coordinator and made sure it was ready to go well in advance. I loved looking at it and also enjoyed eating it. Sadly, we barely had any leftovers since everyone devoured them… but maybe that’s a good thing because I would eat her cupcakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all week if I could! I have been following Cakes by Ashton on FB but never made it there until today. The bakery is super clean and cute decor. I even bought a blouse there! I have been eyeing the Banana Cream Pie with Banana Buttercream. The gentleman in front of me in line ordered what I thought was the last one and apparently Ashton noticed my shoulders slump 🤣.

When it was my turn, I ordered half dozen cupcakes. She had one more Banana Cream Pie! I was estatic! Got that, Boston Cream Pie, Cookies and Cream, Red Velvet, and Dark Chocolate with Vanilla Buttercream. Ashton is very friendly and knows her cupcakes! Fortunately, I have no food allergies and neither do my children. However, if we did, I'd definitely get our cakes there. They taste out of this world! Moist and delicious flavors!

Not only are Ashton’s cupcakes moist and delicious, but she goes out of her way to show that she cares for her customers! My family and I have been going through a tough time with my mom in the hospital. My daughter was so excited to go to the bakery, after the hospital, for a treat to cheer us up. Unfortunately, it was closed, but Ashton went out of her way to make sure that we got cupcakes anyway. They were fantastic! I’m not an icing person, but even the icing was delicious! The texture of the cupcakes was fabulous as well! I also don’t have to worry about my daughter having any allergic reactions, as the bakery is nut free. Ashton has something for everyone!
