Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stratford

Manager and some not all the employees give attitude or huff and puff when your order isn't made correctly I've had issues many times at this dunkin since it reopened. And I work literally a half mile up the rd. But I will now be driving over to C-Town Plaza and going to that dunkin as I never have and issue and if I do they will happily make a new one. Here you get eye rolls, attitude, not feeling welcomed, walk in store no customers in there and still wait n wait to place your order as everyone's having their own little conversations. But if I pay extra for how I want my drinks they should be MADE CORRECTLY!! And if I see it being made wrong and say hey can you put more espresso in that or add extra mango concentrate for the refresher they get all attitude and mad. And manager said under her breath "If you dont like how I make it how about you make it yourself" 😡🤯 Poor Poor customer service, Like I'm a PAYING CUSOMER AND especially on an $8+ for a Medium Signature Latte to be made how I like it! Like at this location usually it looks n tastes like Caramel Milk so I Asked for an extra shot that didn't work so I asked for 1 more shot so 3 shots total and it was good enough but also i dont think she did the 12 Caramel Swirls. I honestlythink she just did the 4 cause the amount of caramel I had to put into it (i always have Torini Caramel Sauce and the syrup) was crazy, very rarely do i use the syrup because usuallyi dont have to i add the sauce but the amount i added of both was crazy I used half my bottle of Sauce to make it taste how it normally tastes with my 12 pumps of swirls. I didn't have any kind of attitude at all today but as soon as I walked in and they saw me it was like oh hold on n Manager went to the back. Now there were 2 other employees just standing around and Another guy was behind me no one helped either of us until the manager came out and helped me as they were to replace my drink they completely messed up the other day! I talked to the DM and he told me how to direct them on how I want the amount of ice and etc.. so I did that! And still today on the refresher it's like they don't listen and I was charged for the refresher when I bought a Dunkin Metal Cup. She told the kid to only charge me for the Cup but he added the refresher as well. But that's OK no worries there! It's not about getting things for free it's about being treated as you'd want to be treated and if your drink you paid extra for wasn't made correctly and you said wait I asked for it to be made like this and this isn't correct, the attitude, one day they completely ignored me until I said I'm not leaving until it's made properly and yes I admit I was in a bad mood that day so I did have my own attitude myself plus lack of sleep and needing that extra boost in the am. I don't recommend this dunkin at all unless your not particular on how you like things...

I am going to get straight to the point, this location is terrible by far the worst dunkin in CT. I have been a loyal customer to this location for over 14 years, the manager tay we have grown a friendship for the fact that any issues she dealt with them and always tried to make my experience better. I was informed by an staff member that she no longer works at the location which tells me why for the past week why the service has been extremely bad. The service is bad the employees are reckless. Swearing playing cellphone use anything that you can think of that shouldn’t be done in a work place envirornemt. I am 42 years old African American women who work at a business in the district of the job. The district manager who is now overseeing the store is horrible he’s so friendly with the girls touchy, laughing playing it’s a disturbing sight to see. The girl at the sandwich station monie who’s been there a good amount of year is horrible she argues with guest she wears whatever to work she make the sandwiches any type of way she sometimes even make sandwiches with one GLOVE ! She’s so ghettto who is overseeing and allowing such ? Josh have a few people coming forward foe sexual harassment and some he were actually intimate with including the old manager. From my understanding she was removed because she no longer wanted to continued sexual intimate with the district manager josh. What type of business is this ? Where is the owner do he not see a law suit beginning to happen ? The manager has not answered any of my calls but I am going to keep pushing I will make this a bug deal it’s obvious that he’s sleeping with monie now ! Isnt his wife from dunkin she was a crew member as well. I am so sorry for tay she’s been working at this location for so long. But the sexual harassment needs to stop the district manager even had intimate relationships with the manager on Boston ave all young little young ladies if he stop with the sexual relations the stores will run like every other dunkin by far this store is a joke ! Okay all of these reviews are very accurate. If you like to wait in unreasonably lines for a cup of coffee go for it, even when there are no lines or just 1 car in front of you. But I would like to talk about my experience today… placed a mobile order 10-15 minutes ago. When I went inside the store, no orders were made even though there were no customers inside and no cars waiting in line. I asked the worker and she said she just forgot. I ordered a medium hot coffee with shot of espresso and 1 cream. Got a black coffee, small sized. And a small free hot coca? (Thank you though but tbh I really don’t like to drink really sweet things trying to lower that calorie intake so honestly I had to waste that drink but still appreciate the free drink :)) and got a small pumpkin iced coffee when I ordered a medium pumpkin cold brew (I was told iced coffee and cold brew were the same but the prices were significantly different!) Definitely paid less than $5 for that cold brew. Ugh left without checking my orders because I was in a hurry. I am seriously regretting for spending my money here. (Oh and I would like to add there were a lot of coffee grounds in that small hot coffee...
