Back in July of this year, I called this location to inform them that the metal supports rods of my bed were broken as well as a throw pillow for my couch that needed to be REPLACED. The person I spoke to said they were going to send someone out to fix it after I made it very clear that it could not be repaired. The technician was not only 45 minutes late, but also did absolutely nothing. He confirmed that he should have not been called out to my home initially and that the office should have just replaced the parts. When I called to once again have the agent reorder the parts, I was informed it would take 6-8 weeks for my order to process. Here we are in OCTOBER and I finally got a call to have my “replacement bed and throw pillow” delivered. For starters, the original person who did my order did not order the throw pillow and I have to wait another 4 WEEKS due to someone not doing their job properly. And to make matters even more frustrating, the “replacement bed” I waited nearly 3 and 1/2 months for was just a footboard. This whole experience has been very frustrating and I have never had an issue with a furniture company until I decided to do business with R&F. Only god knows how much longer these people will continue to make me wait, while I continue to sleep on the ground after spending over $3000 with this company. Spend your money elsewhere. Read moreBack in June 2020, I attempted to purchase a sectional from Raymour & Flanagan. While I anticipated some delay, due to COVID, it took nearly 4 months during which time I attempted to contact Raymour & Flanagan via email (twice - went unanswered) via text on their automated messaging (three times) and via phone (twice - I spoke with a woman named Colleen both times) in the beginning of September, Colleen, made me aware that there was still no status on my order & that due to COVID and it being a “special order” [we purchased what was available at the time with no specifications to alter the material and/or sectional size - so not sure what was so “special” about it] I asked, “do you think this is a normal frame of time even with COVID for an order to be so delayed?” She proceeded to tell me, “no this seems a bit longer” she told me to call back in a week and check if there was an update and at that time she would cancel my order if there were no further updates.... obviously there were no updates when I called back. She proceeded to cancel my order [September 10th] and told me it would take 2 weeks for a refund. it is now October 7th...

I called to complain about Pilling on chairs (approximately 6 months after buying)...was first told not covered, then was told will send someone to have a look and clean it up (2 weeks out). Person comes over (I had to be at home to get the "work" done); clicks pictures and goes away!
I get a call later in the day saying we saw pictures and can't do anything..it is normal wear and tear!! When I lost it, asked about customer service and solution...I was told "I am just calling to tell you, don't have to give attitude"!!
