Main Hing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Stratford

Guys I’m telling you they hit the nail on the head with this one. I don’t know about you but i often get the same thing from chinese restaurants: boneless spare ribs. Now I have gone to many a chinese restaurants, I am no amateur. I was worried how these would come out because I ordered them 40 min or so before closing. I even grabbed extra soy sauce anticipating them to be dry and juiceless… I could not have been more wrong. The succulent smell of the sweet sauce paired with fried rice made my nose (and tummy) very happy. Not to mention the staff was very polite and friendly. I gave it a 2 because the food is fresh, and the boneless spare ribs were good. But..... I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce. I got shrimp with broccoli and vegetables with a spicy pepper sauce. Not traditional garlic sauce. I also ordered Moo Shoo chicken. I got chicken with cabbage and veg in a brown sauce. Not traditional oyster sauce and no scrambled egg at all which I love!
