Absolutely incredible. It was such a pleasure to have a taste of home. I come from New Jersey and my food was 50/50 based. Half Italian & half Puerto Rican. I left Jersey in 2006 with the Army and have since lived in Colorado, with short stints in Virginia and Arizona. Needless to say I haven't had REAL Puerto Rican food since 2006 with the exception of Holiday visits back home. So, today was a real treat for me. The only reason for the 4 stars on the environment is they are clearly a new business that has yet to expand. I am sure with the food they have they will soon. It was so nice to see Army personnel enter and eat with a big ol smile. Had this place been there when I served I would surely have eaten there regularly. The whole place was amazing, food excellent, service excellent I will be back often no question about that. Thank you #yeyowill for a great day full of nostalgia. Everything was delicious! I tried a couple of "puertorican" places here & it was a disappointment, but this food truck was amazing! The wait on the food was longer than expected, BUT they are actually cooking the food to order. I got the mofongo con pinchos, chuleta y arroz con gandules, & maduros! I will be going back for sure!
