Wish I could give this less than one star but unfortunately not. I haven't even stepped foot into this establishment and I never will. Whoever the person is who answers the phones and handles their social media, really need a lesson on manners and grace. I wanted to support a fellow Filipino but that attitude is a whole other level of RUDE. BE BETTER. I called to ask what the menu of the day was and said oh I might stop in later. I even DMd them what I had wanted to hopefully get because this woman said they sell out fast. I NEVER asked her to set aside food for me. She messages me awhile later and asks when I'm picking up and that she set aside one of the dishes for me and that the other wasn't available. And I said oh I would've ordered if you had the other as well. I offered to pay for the dish she set aside and she says I should've said something but I took too long to respond (I have an infant son, sorry I'm not glued to my phone) and she could've sold it to someone else so again I offered to pay for the dish or whatever was set aside and she can donate the meal but I was met with chastising and quite rude "that's fine don't do that again". Ok... Wow.. quite a reaction. Could've donated a meal to someone but I guess 🤷‍♀️

Really would like to support Filipino local businesses, but the owner would barely let me get a word in on call before hanging up multiple times.

I'm sure the owner who runs it has a lot to deal with, but not even letting me inquire on a business opportunity to hopefully spotlight this business as well, is very disappointing. I even offered to talk a later time, but in response they hung up on me in a rude matter.

We were in on March 15th and wanted lumpia. Carlotta said She was currently out of lumpia.However, She could make it and call me when it's ready. She called me yesterday. She even stayed a 1/2 hour 45 minutes later so that I could pick it up. Last night we fixed the lumpia and I was Immensely pleased by the quality of her lumpia. We for sure will be ordering again.
