What happened to this location? Our family eats chipotle about 3x a week whether for lunch or dinner and this has always been our go to location. They used to have a great team, the facility was clean, and the food was always great.
It seems like this location went down hill when the man with his beard in a hair tie, glasses and a pony tail started managing. I only assume he is the manager because there is no way an employee would get away behaving the way he does.
I am tired of being shouted at by him to go to another location while patiently waiting in line 20mins for my food. He doesn’t realize or care that the people walking out are simply going to one of the other establishments in the plaza, not another chipotle. The best part is he stands there screaming at the customers and doesn’t help his team make food to get the line down. We all sit there watching him stand at the register and get frustrated when more people walk in and actually refuse to help his team. It is actually comical.
The facility is absolutely filthy. The customer in front of us had to ask the employee to wipe the counter down before they made her burrito.
They are always out of multiple ingredients. Tonight was steak, guacamole, fajita, and chips. Again, the problem manager just shouts to everyone waiting in line all the things they are out of suggesting people go to another location.
Whoever is responsible for this location should have secret shoppers order food and describe their overall experience. Not that it’s necessary because they could read all of the awful reviews over the last few months to sum up what the community is...

The cashier with glasses is always hounding me in very rude ways about how much meat & sour cream I get ON MY BOWL , she try’s to charge me for 2 VINAIGRETTES WHEN THE LIMIT IS 2 for free ( I used to work at chipotle so I know ) I never understood the attitudes of these employees they’re so light handed while making the bowls but are so quick to charge you extra ! This location has really went down hill I’ve never been treated so nastly at a restaurant I tried to call this location to speak to the GM to share my terrible experience and get no answer. Then on the other hand one time they didn’t have any vinaigrette at 9PM and they didn’t tell me until after I ordered my food so I told them I no longer wanted it because I only eat my food with vinaigrette the manager then got mad rolled her eyes and pushed my bowl to the cashier and was waving bye to me smiling and you could just tell it was in a ignorant way. I then proceeded to the chipotle over by the mall and got excellent food & service & I didn’t get over charged for my food either ! Oh yeah and they run out of ingredients at 9 and refuse to make more when they literally close at 11 now . Oh yeah and one time when I ordered delivery through there mobile app they sent me a barley filled bowl with absolutely no meat when I paid for extra ( photo below ) & I clearly paid for EXTRA EVERYTHING on my bowl and still got charged almost $20 for this smh & they didn’t put my chips and queso in the bag. Read moreWorst Chipotle experience ever. Cashier argued with me, at length, about missing items from my take-out order, and the size of the burritos . I asked that they remake 2 burrito items where they didn’t put in the extra items (chicken) that I paid for. They were the tiniest burritos ever, one was nearly $10 and was the size of a compressed baseball. RIP-OFF!! Taco Bell’s $1 burrito would put them to shame!
Cashier was beyond rude, refused to remake the items until I asked for my order to be refunded. He kept insisting the food would be remade the same size. Once I asked for my money back, he eventually backed down and said they’d remake them. I had to ask repeatedly to have my order refunded. He just kept insisting they’d remake it. I had to ask for the manager, and wait 10 minutes for him to emerge from the back room to refund my money. Manager didn’t ask what was wrong and just refunded a $50+ meal with no explanation (was preoccupied arguing with another customer over an issue). Terrible customer service, food that we did receive was cold and small portions, and BAD management. Avoid and go to the Strongsville Mall instead! This location goes out of it’s way to make a bad situation worse! SAD excuse for a Chipotle! AVOID!
Update - Checked bank statement and they only returned a portion of my money for the order ($24 of the $50.75 order). Intentional LOSERS!
