Pulp Juice & Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Strongsville

I’ve always hyped up this specific pulp in Strongsville, until today where I have encountered an extremely rude employee. Before driving in I called to place my order where she hung up on my face after I asked a question about a drink on the menu. I moved past it and still tried to order again over the phone this time giving an exact order. Came in and was really busy so I knew that’s why she must’ve hung up ( still wrong of her ) got my drinks and went to my car when we noticed we were missing kale and there was pineapple - which she specifically said she didn’t want. Went back in to let them know and was yelled at and got my drink snatched out of my hand. Went back to ask for her name to later complain when she rudely said no. She also was trying to threaten me by saying she was going to call her manger when I was in the right the entire time. Came in calm and collected before she yelled saying my drink was right. The place itself and the service were fine. I recommend checking the menu in advance to see if anything looks good to you. Stopped in for a smoothie on a whim and was looking at their menu for a while but didn't see any that didn't have sherbet or yogurt or whatnot--fruit alone makes a fine smoothie! But i eventually ordered one to give it a try. Smoothie had strawberries, mangoes, peaches, pineapple juice, and orange sherbet and all I could taste was the sherbet. If you want a smoothie I would recommend making your own or going somewhere else.

Update: I appreciate the response from the store. I ordered the same smoothie without sherbet and it still just didn't taste very good. Keeping the review at 3 stars because either the recipes or the fruit just do not taste great. In comparison I enjoyed the fruit smoothies at Mitchell's Ice Cream back when they had them...

my girlfriend and i live out of state now and don’t have a pulp near us so when we come into town we try to stop by. usually it’s great, but today when we came in, the lady at the front taking our order (ticket says Destiny) didn’t acknowledge us because she was too busy on her phone. literally had her phone in front of her and was typing on snapchat lol then when we tried to order, she was only half paying attention and continued typing away every chance she got. if our order had been correct i wouldn’t have cared as much but she didn’t ask my girlfriend what wrap she wanted and ended up with a wrap she didn’t want. she also asked for no tomato and got tomato. it’s not the fault of anyone except for Destiny because if she had been paying attention to us the girls making the food would’ve known the correct order. so frustrating and annoying. the smoothies...
