The remodel looks great! I love that I can now see them making my coffee. I had an issue and I thought it was resolved. After them charging me for cold foam on my cold brew the manager asked for a remake. That’s awesome! I also want my money back for that cold foam I was charged for. As they refund my coffee and have me pay for another one I watch the girl make it wrong again. She used original blend and I asked and paid for cold brew. The manager tries to hand me the coffee I just told them was re made wrong. The guy putting scream and sugar in the cup is clearly overwhelmed with 3 cups in front of him and h said “everyone just needs to give me a minute” They remake my coffee again and it was correct so I thought bc I watched them. I take the first sip and instantly realized they didn’t steep their coffee for 12hours or someone definitely made it wrong. I stopped going there for months bc my coffee never tastes the same and I order the same coffee every single time. The coffee never has the same consistency like other Dunkin’s I been to. I won’t be returning bc I clearly see all the issue in front of my face. I see the same ppl when I go so if training was lacking they have had plenty of time to clean it up. You can’t charge ppl $5 for a coffee and it suck. If the cold brew wasn’t ready they should’ve just told ppl they made a mistake instead of us buying gross product. Read moreI tried the NEW store this morning for breakfast. I went into the building because the drive thru line was around the building (typical for DD at breakfast time, so not a shock). I ordered a cheese twist bagel, sliced and toasted, with light amount of cream cheese. The cashier did not know how to enter this into the register. She consulted a second employee who told her which buttons to push. I was handed a bag, and being in a hurry I didn't look inside. I just got to work and found they gave me a salted pretzel and a side container of plain cream cheese. I pulled out my receipt and sure enough it says "Pretzel Twist". I searched the receipt for a phone number to contact the store to complain...... no phone number. I Googled and found the address..... no phone number. Granted I should have looked at the receipt and in the bag before I left the store, but I do have an expectation of the quality of service I would receive. Read morePossibly the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It's rare to have my order be correct (even though I use the app so everything is noted exactly). On multiple occasions instead of telling me something I ordered is out of stock, they simply don't give it to me but I'm still charged. On other occasions I've been told something I ordered was out of stock, was offered a replacement, and then they never actually gave me the replacement food. I've ordered decaf and watched them give me regular (which was then fixed). I also witnessed one employee ask another employee (who was on her phone) to make my food and that employee replied with "I'm not doing that" and continued on her phone at the drive thru window. Most of the time the coffee tastes watered down, and countless times our order is just missing items. Clearly I've given this location too many chances.
