Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Stuart

I love chili's but this is probably the worst one yet. We get there we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat. Doesn't seem long but when the restaurant has only 5 tables sat in the while restaurant, you just have to ask why. The server was friendly and told us they were down 1 server. It takes 7 servers to wait on 5 tables? The food runner brought out our drinks, are appetizer and dinner. Not sure who was our server at this point. We seen our sever and another server running around like they has 20 tables each. The food runner literally did everything. Our server did however fill up our drinks, thank God I was getting worried. The appetizer (queso) took 15 minutes to come out, had to remind them we ordered egg rolls too. After we got our appetizer the food runner brought out our food and the well let's see. My parents food was horrible, salad was small even though a large was ordered. My mother ordered chicken fajitas and got chicken quesadilla. Now this is honest mistake however they rushed her fajitas and the chicken was rubber like. My food was fine, however they ran out of ranch or why did I get a sample of ranch. Asked for more never got any. As the servers ran around like there was a 100 tables just sat. We did manage to get a hold of the manager. He did take care of most of our bill and was very friendly. Last thing was the bathrooms were dirty and so was the silverware.

The good part was everyone was super friendly, no one was rude in anyway. The server could have been new so can't blame him but it was just a bunch of things.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

I’m not usually the one to leave bad reviews on restaurants but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had not only at chilis but in general. I work 4 am to noon shift, so I was pretty tired and my partner and I wanted to get something to eat. Because this chilis is so close to where I live, we figured why not. We get seated and immediately our server is abrasive and rude. Is very quick and short with his responses. Ordering our food was the worst part. Literally every time we went to order he either made a disgusted face (for example, I ordered a side of ranch and he shook his head saying how gross it was) or completely changed our order thinking he was helping us but really he was being a jerk. He even had the nerve to cuss at us while we were trying to figure out our order. I have never had a server be so rude and awful.

Going out to eat with my partner is usually the only time we get to spend together and it completely destroyed and soured the mood. I don’t even think he was a server I think he worked behind the bar. I really think he thought he worked at Dick’s Last Resort as he was working like he was getting paid to be rude to us.

I am never going back to this location ever.

NOTE: I did speak to the manager who did try to rectify the situation. He did take my info to give me a gift certificate as an apology for the situation which I did appreciate. It is not the managers fault for this servers behavior...

Felt like I needed to leave a review. We had a really awesome dining experience at the Stuart Chili's tonight. We had Tyler D as our server, and I have to say that he was one of the best servers we've had in a long while. He took our orders perfectly, and everything came out just as we asked for. He was quick to refill our drinks, asked us if we needed anything else, and random visits to our table to check on us. Mainly, Tyler had a really awesome personality, which was really refreshing after dealing with, not so great servers, at other restaurants. He made us laugh, and added to our dining experience. I would advise anyone reading this to request Tyler D, if he's working.

No complaints on the food at all. Everything came out fast, and was fresh and hot. Chips and salsa to start, always good. Nashville Hot fried mozzarella, which were awesome dipped in the ranch sauce! The heat was just right, not too much. Then we had a couple of sandwiches which were perfect.

This location is the best. They really care about customer service here. Very clean and neat inside. Lastly, the music wasn't obnoxiously loud while we were trying to have a conversation while we ate.
