Gilbert's Coffee Bar - Port Salerno — Restaurant in Stuart

The staff were efficient and very friendly. There Americano was good. What was odd was their menu, or lack there of. When I walked in, the menu behind the register was for beer / wine and NO coffee. Looking around, no printed menus on the bar or tables. The only menu to be found was actually laying in front of the people ordering at the register. So, basically you can only see the coffee menu when you are ready to order. Not really impressed on how this was missed when starting a new coffee shop. It would have also been nice to have a bigger selection of locally made pastries. Might try them again, but as of now, nothing really wowing to write home...

Beautiful done new construction great staff inside/outside , comfortable seating. Coffee, only one brand slightly bitter No way of serving it hot , No microwave and large container holding coffee, not electric, so you find yourself drinking lukewarm coffee well before cup is half way. Mentioned it to owner , will see if they make an adjustment. For 4 bucks a cup and no deal on refills I think they should.. CC machine asks for tip when you pay so you can wind up paying 5 bucks for a cup. Brand coffee isn't worth that. Emphasis here on style not great coffee. Starbucks 2.70 a cup with choice of 3 classic fresh ground beans, Gilberts...

I live in Rocky point and I wanted to drive the golf cart to the new coffee shop. Gilbert been to the one down in Stuart multiple times but it’s nice to have one right by the house caught here around 8:20 not too long of a line sat outside to enjoy the atmosphere food was brought to me and drink was brought to me as well. Nothing gonna come back for all the locals. Please come support. I’m definitely coming back usually go to Starbucks, but this is on my way to work now. Happy to have it in the community.
