As a self-professed food enthusiast, walking into Giordi filled me with anticipation and excitement. However, as the evening unfolded, that excitement quickly turned into a sense of disillusionment and frustration. Everything about this dining experience felt disingenuous, as if the restaurant was more concerned with projecting an image rather than delivering an authentic culinary experience.

Firstly, the dishes were a perplexing blend of over-seasoning and unnecessary garnishes. Each bite was dominated by an overpowering presence of pepper, leaving little room to appreciate the delicate flavors of the ingredients. Moreover, the indiscriminate use of arugula seemed to be a recurring theme on every plate, leaving me baffled as to its purpose. It felt like a lazy attempt to add a touch of greenery without any thought to how it complemented the dish.

The lack of balance and finesse in the dishes left me feeling insulted as a discerning diner. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize gimmicks over genuine culinary craftsmanship. As someone who values the artistry of cooking, I couldn't help but feel let down by the blatant disregard for quality and taste.

Having dined at establishments renowned for their exceptional cuisine such as Canlis in Seattle, Partage in Las Vegas, and Druise and Darr in Nashville, I've been spoiled by truly remarkable dining experiences. Unfortunately, Giordi pales in comparison, failing to live up to the standards set by these culinary gems. Furthermore, it was evident that the macarons served for dessert were not homemade. As someone who enjoys baking and has even received similar macarons from meal kit services like Hello Fresh, it was disappointing to see such a lack of effort in the dessert selection, especially considering the exorbitant price tag attached to each one. Charging $3 per macaron for something that lacks the authenticity and quality of homemade treats felt like a final insult to the entire dining experience. In conclusion, while Giordi may excel in presentation and ambiance, it falls short where it truly matters—in the kitchen. As a foodie who seeks out memorable dining experiences, I left Giordi feeling not only disappointed but also somewhat insulted by the lack of respect for the diner's palate.

I don’t even know where to start whit this restaurant. It’s beautiful well decorated and great use of the space . Everyone is kind and professional, the music is perfect all the time . Ambience, candles on the table, great quiet location even if you seat in the patio is perfect whit the fire place . Service was amazing and nice . The dinner was excellent I had duck my husband had pork shops and trust me they were amazing . The frittura was also great , the bread the olive oil. The food is made whit fresh ingredients and you can taste the perfection. The desserts were delicious ,I had the pistachio cake and this was by far the best pistachio dessert that I ever had. Creamy perfect fresh made I didn’t want to finish this dessert. My husband had creme brûlée, he order this everywhere and it was great as well. The wine is so good. One of the best Italian restaurants that I been to. The bathrooms has everything that you need , from towels to dry your hands wish is a very nice detail, to listerine , the decoration the candle scent. I loved every detail about this place . And as q foodie and travelers and business owners we highly recommend this place . The 2 hour drive from Orlando was worth it. Thank you so much for such a quality time we...

Came here to celebrate a family members birthday. I don’t have enough words to describe or praise this restaurant! I will do my best.

La cucina: We started with their special, sausage rope with broccoli rabe on cannellini bean puree. Very authentic and rustic.

Rabbit ragu with parpardelle pasta, a special that evening, was so delicious! Out of this world good! I’ve never had rabbit before and this dish was yummy!!

Sausage and penne, classic and very well executed!

Scampi e Zucchine (will update soon, I remember the birthday girl loved it)

For dessert we had Panna cotta and the Chocolate mousse. These 2 desserts were absolutely amazing and great end to our night!

L'ospitalità e L'atmosfera: Service was impeccable! And the restaurant was modern with a nice Mediterranean home feel to it. At first we were intimidated on dining here but the people were very warm and welcoming! The head chef came out and sang to the birthday girl. Overall the best spot on the treasure coast to enjoy an authentic Italian...

From the front door to the end of the evening, we felt like we were in a European restaurant. The seating was in a lovely corner in the back, facing the restaurant made you feel part of the ambiance. It was like watching a well oiled machine. The wait staff were all so friendly and kind. Chef Andrew Simoneaux came out to greet us and talk to us about the featured menu items. He is very passionate and enthusiastic about these dishes. Chef Giordi and his chef Alberto also greeted us and were very welcoming and proud of their place. We enjoyed the burratta, porticini salad, branzino, and eggplant gnocchi. Everything tasted incredible and was finished with a gorgeous olive oil. Tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert, magnifico! I can’t wait to tell everyone to try it! We will be back! Thank you all for the experience!

Amazing dining experience! In European fashion they take pride in their business, are knowledgeable about the industry, and offer impeccable service. From the ever-changing bombas, vast wine selection, detailed menu item descriptions (given table side), and delicious specials we could not have asked for more. I had a fish (sole?) special that was perfectly cooked thinly sliced potatoes with a decadent sauce, smoked spinach and carrots—excellent, we also had the tomahawk pork chop, juicy, tender and served with a beautiful presentation. Special melon gelato with a liquor pour over the top made for a truly unique flavor. It is a true dining experience when I continue thinking about it days later. Only wish I could go more often! Thank you Giordi!
