My mom had a hemoragic stroke and after 4 weeks in icu, 3 weeks in rehab, and over a month of trying to keep up with helping my family I forgot to pay my bill. Anyone who has experienced tragedy understands. But this company does not. They shut off my water. Then I went and paid my bill right away online and waited but the water was still off for a full day. I went out to the main to see what the problem was and it was leaking badly. They clearly damaged it. So I called to let them know it was damaged. Then the girl said she needed $50 to turn the water back on. Huh? I went all day without water having no clue about this. I asked her if I could please have some grace since I always pay my bill on time and was preoccupied with helping my mom and family. She said it was due on Jan 8th (today is Feb 6th) and that they gave me enough time. I AM FURIOUS. No other company is this disgusting and inconsiderate. Amazon gave me extensions on returns. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! You ask to speak with a supervisor they never let you. Apparently there are 2 and neither one is never available. Still waiting for a call back.
