I had the absolute worst experience at this establishment today. Here is the story I ordered a acai bowl but I got tied up at work and I was unable to pick up my bowl in time. Iām in the medical field and sometimes I get caught up at work.But I thought no biggie I will go and speak to the staff tomorrow and explain what happened. I thought most likey the would remake the bowl because I go there at least three time a week. I spoke to the person who claims to be the owner and she said she would not remake the bowl or provide a refund after she asked to see a receipt of purchase from the previous day. After I pulled up my receipt and transaction she confirmed she threw the bowl away and she canāt remake it or refund me because of the cost of loss of product which I already paid for. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, I always spoke highly about this establishment and recommended multiple people to come try the food. This is not the way to handle a repeated customer.

When you use delivery they should have some kind of tape for the drinks, to make sure itis not altered by the drivers. That was the reason I called. He was late because he wasnāt following instructions, then he called me , he was rude. The order was then late and the drink looked a little empty. I was not going to drink it. I call to report it, no one picked up and left voicemail. This was yesterday. I was calling to cancel the order because of the driver and then the drink . At least I was expecting a call back and re send the drink with a different person. Or refund the drink. Find the call from yesterday. You have amazing products but this might kill the delivery service⦠edited nowā¦ā¦I can tell by your answer when the reviews is not 5 that you never take responsibility or apologize.
