Cheng's Gourmet Restaurant — Restaurant in Suffield

PLEASE step up customer service & food quality.

I've been going (and my family) to this place since the previous owners. Years & years. I'd say this Chinese is Eh, just ok. I've recently tried Chinese just over the Enfield/Suffield bridge & another place in Enfield & sadly it was loads better than here. I'd much rather stay close & in town so I am kinda forced to buy from here. If you can drive over bridge I would recommend that. This place is kinda expensive & I'd rather spend my money on quality & drive a little ways. Really wish the owners would just step it up a bit. Customer service could also be improved. It wasn't until I ran into owner at Dunkin Donuts that they finialy warmed up to my family. Try another Chinese place & then try this place & you'll understand my 2...
