Starbucks — Restaurant in Suffolk

I order from this store not that often, but it seems that when I do everytime my order is WRONG, for instance, I ordered online, paid and got a coworker to go pick it up, she came with the order but forgot my drink, I called spoke with the manager, she in return td me to come back that will fix it, fine, send my co worker with the receipt in had with what I ordered!!!!! She came back it was still WRONG, so I went this time, got there cause by now I'm aggravated, asked to speak with a manager, was td by Megan that she wasn't there, Megan was also very rude and being sarcastic about the situation, basically brushing me off telling me well we can give you a refund or remake it, I'm like I know my options, but why am I having to come 4 times to fix a drink that should have been right the first time, she was still very nasty and rude, rolling her eyes in the process, so after having words with her, I talked to another worker that understood my frustration, she remade my drink, chatted she apologized to the full extent and it made it a little more soothing, but I'm doing a review to say, inwork in customer service myself, so I know the work load, customer service etc, buy what I experienced today 01/05/2024 was really uncalled for and Meagan was very...

Listen. I am a Starbucks fan. Always. I order the same drinks. I know the taste. I order it the same way every time for the same taste. So when I order the brown sugar cortado with 1 pump brown sugar and two pumps of sugar free vanilla.…. Just enough so my blood sugars dont fly off the roof.…. I know the taste. When you put in too much milk… and make it milky rather than expresso-ey.… I know it. So if I politely ask you to remake it Kaelyn or Jaelyn … Please remake it rather than try to argue with me about what was wrong with it. The drink is never full to the brim because its a 1:1 ratio….. so when it is full to the brim, you haven't given me an extra shot of blond expresso … its too much milk. Starbucks, why tell us that we can ask you to remake a drink it if is incorrect, if you are gonna go back and forth with us when we ask you to remake a drink that is incorrect. I should have just read the reviews first. I never tried this location so I figured I would this time.

Horrible , so the whole point of coming into the location is because I don’t want to make my own coffee because I want to be lazy and pay someone else to do it.

Literally just a Venti hot coffee with 4 creams and 8 sugars. This lady says 🤣

“ yea the sugars out there you can get it, and the cream is back here so I guess we can get it “

No greeting , no hello , no dialogue aside from what’s listed above.

Then proceeds to tell me the tip screen is coming I can choose what to give. Coffee taste like half and half not cream.

How hard is it to make a cup of coffee ? This is the basics , if I had to make it I could do that at home with the pike roast.

As a DL , this could never be my location , it’s no way that woman would be on my front register.@ in any of my stores I would have the GM TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY before it spread to other employees.

She didn’t even make the coffee she just bossed around the other girl. Just lazy , not a leader...
