If I could give 0 stars I would for the lack of professionalism. I ordered a pan of suya for a party I was having the cashier lady wrote down my order and told me the price options for the pan of suya she asked me if I wanted a party tray I said no thanks we don’t want the extra options just suya she said okay then I came back 5 hours later to pick up what I thought was my suya and when I got there it still wasn’t ready which was crazy because I called to make sure it was ready and they said yes. I got there and had to wait about 20 extra minutes at this point my party had already started but I had no choice but to wait. I got my food and paid when I got in the car I checked it and it was the party tray I specifically said I didn’t want so I immediately called (I should’ve opened the food in front of them) the cashier lady admitted that she made a mistake but they told me to pay $85 more dollars on top of the $75 I had already paid which is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and he immediately got on the phone saying I will need to pay more for the change which is extremely unprofessional considering it was his workers mistake long story short he made me keep the food with no compensation. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN! The reason I didn’t want the tray is because the cashier stated the other foods weren’t good just the suya was so unprofessional you never put down...

I have ordered here a few times and food has always been good. Timing might not always be right (sometimes, it is very off) but the people have always been pleasant. However, I can understand how they can make customers upset because even when running late on orders, they address customers like they are nonchalantly telling their family/friends that dinner will be a little late. The pace of the cutomer service lady is also really slow! These can be upsetting to a paying customer who is on a time crunch.

I am not keen on their barbecue chicken nor their French fries but everything else I have tried so far, I like. We usually get the spring rolls, samosa, puff puff, mosa, and whole grilled fish. I really like their asun but think it is over-priced, so I pretty much leave that alone.

A dining lounge has been added to the business and looks like it would be a good place to bring family/friends, and even hold business meetings but I haven't used it, so I cannot review that part of their business. However, I do hope they make whatever they decide to show on the TV screens family friendly, especially the music as we were once very uncomfortable with the music videos playing in their pickup area as they were not children...

With an upcoming special event which we plan to shop around for a great african cuisine looks like this place absolutely would not be it ! Just happened to move near this eatery place next to Kroger passing by it was after hours outside the parking lot early Friday morning several people outside looks like they're off work from the club eatery one guy was actually Peeing passing outside his car other standing outside with a drink looks intoxicated when asked is this a club or whatever?? The dude got absolutely obnoxious, hostile, rude like why...why why? You Wanna work here ? He Came across as so threatening! Agitated If this is how they treat its patrons or passers by like garbage then the management needs to do better then this...
