Ok so I love Starbucks and tried to give this place a chance. Unfortunately it's the only one on my way to work so I am stuck with this location or no Starbucks. Honestly I'm kind of leaning towards just getting the cans of double shots from the gas station. Or making my own coffee at home. They are SOOOO slow. Because they are always goofing around. I mean SLOW. 15-20 minutes in the drive thru for 3-4 cars. Ridiculous. They frequently hand me dripping cups with no napkins. Or instead of wiping it off they double cup which is very inconvenient while driving! Although I come here every day they do not even act like they know me. Every other Starbucks I'm greeted by name and am shown appreciation for being an everyday customer. Not here. Cold service every time. They charge for extra shots yet don't measure correctly so there's leftover (a lot) at the bottom of the blender. Then they throw that away although I just paid for shots that are in there. I've had one good barista put it in a larger cup for me (Brandon) and the rest just basically throw my money down the drain. I've emailed corporate and while they're friendly I don't think they're doing anything to successfully change this place. If this were my first or only experience with Starbucks I would quit it. Read moreI come here very often and I wrote a 5 star review on another account but this morning absolutely change my perspective. I came here and decided to go inside since the drive thru looked long but the girl at the front had a very horrible attitude taking my order. I even showed her a picture of the drink label on my phone of the order to put in so that I don’t mess it up when I order and she still manage not to put it in correctly. She didn’t ask for my name so when I notice I been waiting for about 20 min I went to ask another girl when my order will be ready she was kind but that other girl that took my order came by and said something under her breath when she notice I asked a question. When the two drinks were done I remember she didn’t take my name down so I paid attention for my order and she practically whispered under her breath the drink order. After drinking the drink it didn’t even taste like what I normally order and ice ordered this drink several times now but I was already late for work so I didn’t ask for a remake. I don’t know why it took that long when there wasn’t even a line in front of me but everyone behind me got their drinks first. Very sad...
Read moreHonestly, I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt- but I am sick and tired of getting my drink order wrong. I hate to leave them a bad review because some of the staff is great, but some of them are NOT. I come here quite often, because it is the closest location to me, but as of today, I am NEVER coming back. Every 1 out of lets say 3 times, they mess up my drink! It's annoying as hell bc Starbucks is NOT cheap. I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 mins to another location than come here. Today, I ordered an iced caramel machiatto, and they made it wrong. How can you mess that up? It's honestly not that hard. When I told the girl it tasted nasty, she offered to have them remake it, and they remade it WRONG AGAIN. I am always super nice about it, I'm never rude, bc I used to be a barista myself and I know how it is.
