Hands Down, they have the Best Shrimp fried Rice in the Houston Area. Hot and fresh is an understatement. If you are Texas raised and love rice with your meals. This is the very best place to get an order of fried rice. Bean sprouts, green onions and vegetables. I’m talking delicious. I discovered this place on day picking my girls up from School. Food preparation is a 10. The first time I went, I was under the impression, that maybe they made a mistake being that I ordered the rice on the go in a takeout order. Maybe it was the cook that day. But went back a second time to dine in for Lunch. And I was Not Disappointed at All. Nice size shrimp and Excellent taste. Of course the Chilli sauce and Soy Sauce was the Bonus. I would recommend this dish to anyone that lives here, or to Houston on a visit. The Best Shrimp fried rice in the City....

This restaurant has gone downhill. I have been coming here for YEARS. The food is so inconsistent. One day it's good, the next it isn't even mediocre. They used to sell chicken egg rolls, some of the best egg rolls I'd ever had. You could see the white meat chicken and they were so fresh. They changed something about them. The filling is now minced and mushy, not even really certain its chicken honestly. Today I ordered and the lo mein is SO mushy. Sometimes the low mein is stuck together and not enough sauce other times its overcooked and drowned in sauce. I dunno. I feel sad because good Asian cuisine isn't easy to come by. This WAS a regular spot for me and my co worker. I always order the egg drop soup. Today I was taken by surprise when I tasted a cream corn flavor in the soup. Completely ruined what I was in the mood for. My co worker had spinach in her wonton soup. The same lunch special I have been getting for months has always been $7 and some change, today it shot up to $8 and some change. Not sure why the price increased and the quality of food decreased.
