I'm sad to write this because I was really hoping for a good experience. Let me first start off by saying the ladies were nice but they did me bad on the hair do. I haven't had this feeling in a long time regret. I get there and she ask me could I pay up front, no problem I cash app her $160 which was suppose to be a discount mind you I also cash app a $25 deposit so I really paid $185. My hair was definitely rushed, I have small and medium braids in my hair. At the top you swear I was bald cause it's so spaced out. I have never recalled not getting my hair dipped after but she didn't dip mine she just kinda sheared my ends put alil edge control on my hair and was like I'm done. My hair is so bushy, I had to go to the beauty supply buy products and try to come home dip my hair and trim it some more. My feelings so hurt cause I'm going to be going to different functions all week and I don't feel good about my hair. My husband told me he don't like it either. Yesterday morning i took my wife by this place to inquire about getting her hair done and we noticed a woman following another woman recording her on her cell phone outside shouting obscenities of vulgar disgusting things to a customer. To make matters worse to find out it was the owner of this place. It was just horrendous! As a place of business this unacceptable to treat patrons this way. We immediately terminated plans of service for this non sense. You have to do better...

This was my very first time coming to the place and I love it. It was clean and the customer service is great . They braid with passion and care about your hair health as well as they want you to be happy with what they do for you. I didn’t have to many braid in my head. I was able to style my hair and I got box braids. I have natural hair and my hair wasn’t sticking out or frizzy. My edges wasn’t tight and pulling and I have short hair.
