Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sugar Land

When you have an employee throw an unwrapped burger with ketchup and whatever else was wiped into it all over your windshield and leather seats and interior followed by the 2 employees running out to fight you with no gloves or even shirts on which is a health issue for the poor people that are eating the food they hand them . At 3 in the morning do you think anyone wants to run all the way back to Jack in the Box and experience the night shift for even half of a second ? That is a HELL NO ! Your preganant girlfriends order is missing the fries and entree . When I was handed the 2nd drink it seemed obvious that this overstuffed bag had the rest of the meal in it but you have to experience a night from HELL from employees working the night shift that need to get their unworthy selves fired so us living in this area and having only this location near to us can get the food they ordered and get it without the cashier calling you a lyer about the massive mistake they made .

Management, get them out of here ! I love my jr bacon cheeseburgers abd my 7 jalapeño poppers that I stuff in them following 3 egg rolls . I no longer can get my favorite...

Has to be the worst jack in the box ever, I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I've been here multiple time where I've been at the drive thru speaker for atleast 15 - 20 mins before I even place my order. This time there were 2 cars in front of my and they said they were backed up to give them a minute. So after about 15 mins and me trying to get their attention they finally answered and said they had a big order at the window. I told him that this happens all the time here. The man proceeded to giggle at me while calling me hun. I'm obviously a man and dont appreciate another man calling me hun. I absolutely will never go back to this Jack in the box again. Your employees are not at all professional and need serious training in fast food and professionalism. At about 9:45 tonight I pull up to the order kiosk, and got the standard “welcome to Jack in the Box”…I asked for a number 3 combo…then total silence. I’m yelling “hello, hello”…and get no reply. There’s no one in front of me so I pull up to the window and there’s no one there…as I drive by the front of the store I see someone in the back so I drive around and go back to the order kiosk, again to be greeted with the same welcome thing. In again order a number 3 combo and two tacos. The guy then tells me that he can’t give me a number 3 because, and I’ll quote, “we don’t have any sauce…I don’t know what you call it, but we don’t have any”. Then silence again…no here’s what we can do or, I can do the tacos, but not the burger…just dead silence. I was hungry and too tired to mess with it anymore so I went up the street to Burger King where I was treated better and had my order in...
