Absolutely horrible service. You have to either stand in a long non moving line or order your self. The self order keyosk was out of paper, so you had no idea what your order number was. They have the table markers, however do not use them to deliver your meal. When i informed the staff that the keyosk was not printing recipts, they rolled their eyes at me and walked away without saying anything After some time, i went back to the counter to try to find my food. It was their stacked so high that it fell while i was taking it to m seat. BTW, we had to clean our own table before we could eat. once we got out food, we attempted to get ketchup, which was out. Again i make my way to the counter to be greeted with a poor attitude and direction to ketchup packets which were on the counter. As we started to eat, i found items missing from our tray, not to mention my sandwich which had fall and scattered on the table and bench. ( I did not even attempt to get another sandwich as this was already a nightmare). My Son's meal was missing his milk. I went back to the counter for a third time. This time, the woman, who appeared to be the manager, walked by me several times ignoring me. I finally called her attention to which she replied, "you are going to have to wait." After several minutes, i again called her attention and told her of the item missing. She, in anger, retrieved the item. Meanwhile, other customers were having the same experience. The table behind us stated the only thing that was right with their order of 4 people was they put chicken nuggets on the tray. This place will soon close due to costumer service i am sure. Many people were walking out while others waited. Would 0 stars have been an option, i would have used it. I will never visit this place again, if it even stays...
Read moreThe lobby is still closed (for whatever reason) and the drive-thru line is usually colossal. Also, I pulled up recently at 5:15 p.m. only to see a sign on the speaker-- Closed. Will reopen tomorrow. Fantastic!
I went here recently was actually able to place an order. It wasn't anything huge-- a couple McDoubles, a couple of fries, a sweet tea and a mango pineapple smoothie. The announced total was like $12.82-- somewhere in that range.
I get to the first window and the young man opens the window and doesn't say a word, he just looks at me. Assuming he was listening to someone through the headset, I simply handed him my card. OK?
I, of course, get no receipt. He hands the card back. I pull up to the second window and the guy promptly hands me a drink carrier with four drinks. I took it and thought for a second.
"Hang on," I said to him. "I had a tea and a smoothie. I don't think this is me."
He takes the drink tray back (I'm surprised he was allowed to do that. Or, maybe he's not.) and asks: "did you pay at the first window?"
"...Yes?"
"Oh. OK. Sorry!" And he hands me my two beverages and my correct order.
With this in mind, I realized I should check my bank account and see what I was actually charged for. Sure enough, I was charged for the wrong order. My bank account showed a charge of $15 and change. Whoopsie.
Of course, I can't go in to discuss the error. Even if I could, I got no receipt. I thought about going back through the drive-thru line, but it was now six or seven cars deep. It wasn't worth a few bucks, I decided.
Never again. Or, if I do come here again, I'll insist on a receipt and to be told my order again before I pay. Granted, that might be my fault. I should have asked. Never foolishly trust that the employees at this location are simply capable of doing their...
Read moreReally disappointing, I got a fruit & yogurt parfait and my bf got a sandwich. His was fine I didn't open the bag w my parfait till we were down the Rd on the highway and when I did I was ssssssssooooooo irritated!! I wish I had taken a pic!! It was not even half full of yogurt n had only 2 strawberries in it! No blueberries at all. So I went back later to exchange it for a diff one n the girl was not helpful, she told the other worker that I just "wanted a free parfait" uumm like no I want one that actually has fruit in it like it's supposed to n I of course brought the half full one back to exchange for a new one. So I was hungry by than (not having been able to eat it earlier). The man working said they have had trouble w the new person that is learning how to make them. I get that n all but I don't think it should be given to a customer looking like that. If an employee noticed they are not correct that is when you bring it to their attention n have them fix it. This was disappointing because I know a couple ladies who work here and they are amazing! This would not have happened...
