Coffee. That’s it. Good, consistent coffee. Correction: NOT consistent. Constantly making mistakes. Otherwise, stay away from the food. I tried a chorizo pepper wrap. That stuff is some toxic hell. I have no idea what chemicals they pump into that. It’s scary. I am afraid to excrete it. I should not have eaten it. Pray for me.
Update: removing a star because their frozen machine is broken. Get it together people. Owner: buy a backup machine for God sakes. That way if one breaks down you’ll have a back up! Duh! You realize you have people addicted to your products, right? Well, don’t be surprised if the addicts who are feinding for their fix get pissed off and rate you poorly because your stuff is broken.
Update: moved another star because of small volume in my “large coffee.” See the picture. Rip off! Shrinkflation is real.
Also, I asked for the same coffee every time. A large hot coffee with two cream and five Splenda and half the time they don’t put the splenda in there. They’re in such a rush. It’s ridiculous. The coffee is too hot for me to taste it before I drive away. So I get down the road away and there’s no sweetener in it. Whatever the employees are getting paid it’s way too much. I worked in the service industry for a decade and this quality of service is crap.
Update: Why I keep going back is a mystery. Got my regular coffee with stevia instead of...
Read moreUsually a good experience. Drive-thru moves quickly. Very friendly staff. However, I recently observed the girl that was taking money, with gloved hands, use those same gloved hands (that just accepted my cash!) go and directly touch the donuts we ordered. Especially at a donut store, where everyone knows they have those white tissue paper slips MADE TO PICK UP DONUTS, so that they do not have to touch them! I called to express my concerns, and yes this was during a busy time of day, I understand this was not the best time to call (i called shortly after I drove-thru so that the manager could address the staff member since I did not know her name) but instead of making the customer feel important and handling the call professionally, I was dismissed and told the manager was busy. I thought, okay, they’ll take a message and he’ll call me back when he’s available, right? No. The girl then proceeded to tell me it was on me, the concerned customer, to call him back in a few hours. Poor infection control (while we are all facing a Pandemic). Poor customer service. I do not often leave negative reviews, but I felt this needs to be addressed and clearly calling to resolve the matter over the phone was...
Read moreI'm not sure what has happened in the last few months at this location but things have gone significantly downhill. This location used to be a frequent stop for my family but it is now one we actively avoid.
In the last 5 visits at this location, our order has experienced issues.
Multiple times, our drink order is messed up, which is confusing. It's simply a frozen coffee with one pump of vanilla and a large black iced tea with one pump of liquid sugar.
Our last visit was this past weekend; we ordered 2 of the above teas and the above frozen coffee. When we arrived at the window, we were informed that they were out of tea. No problem, we have stuff to do in the area, when will the next batch be ready? We will swing through then. The response? We're not making any more because we would have to throw it away. We're out because it's been selling like crazy. Ma'am, it's 4pm, 80 degrees, and sunny out. Surely you will sell enough to make it worthwhile and don't need to throw out the batch?
While she was kind and comped our croissant, this was the cherry on top of a growing list of problem visits at this location. We will be driving out of the way to visit...
