The good- the food was decent. The not so good- We drove 40 minutes so we called ahead to make sure they served wine on Sunday. They said they did. We arrived before the other couple we were meeting. They said they couldn't seat us until they arrived. They heard us on the phone with them and that they were about 20 minutes away. When we hung up we told the hostess that my friend said to tell her that he tips well. She said that doesn't do her any good. They did finally seat us a few minutes before our friends got there. We told them we were there to watch the football game, and we were seated at the only table with multiple obstructed views. They handed me a beer and wine menu ... and said they don't serve wine on Sundays. They said the 16 year old that answers the phone doesn't know that stuff. (Perhaps they get people to answer the phone who do know stuff). I reluctantly selected a beer. The waitress returned to the table saying that they were out of that beer. Then they didn't have A1 sauce for the steak. 2 of the people ordered burgers. They both wanted different cheese. The waitress informed them that they could remove cheese but had a policy that they do not replace it with the kind the customer prefers. Wait, what?? They didn't clear the table well. It was so cold in there. I do believe icicles were forming on my nose. I asked if they could turn off the ceiling fan blowing at our table, and they said that one was broken. The waitress closed us out and said the next shift would check on us, which they never did. We won't...

Our party of 8 was greeted at the door with the announcement that our check would have to be all on one bill...our reply was, "can you take multiple tenders of payment then?" Or just split us into 2 tables of 4 then. All she would say is, "If we don't get too busy, I'll do the best I can." She kept stating it was policy....hey owner- change your policy because this is ridiculous! So we proceeded not knowing how we were going to work out the bill since all of us didn't have cash.She ended up bringing us separate bills. My brother ordered a burger and the waitress came back to inquire what cheese he wanted on it. He said, Muenster. Hostess came back and told him that Muenster wasn't permitted on this burger. Unbelievable...right?! Fries were cold and greasy, none of our food was served hot, barely warm. We will not be back, unless they change a few things! When you have 6 people they automatically add 18% tip? We had 4 adults and 2 kids. That's not a large group? Food was sub-par. My chicken sandwich was good and my son got the pulled pork which he said was good. My wife got some chicken with peppers and Alfredo sauce. She was disappointed said should of had noodles with it. Daughter-in-law got steak and was disappointed. Chips and fries were cold. My bill was $164.54 with the tip of 18% added. Waitress asked us how it was and we shared are concerns. Nobody done nothing never bothered taking anything off Bill or manager even acknowledging us. The waitress done fine job and I even left another $10 because it wasn't her fault food was not up to standards. It's a shame because we have eaten here before and enjoyed are whole experience.
