I travel from Maryland to New Philadelphia, OH a couple times a year to visit family. My aunt introduced me to the original Dough Co. in Dover and I fell in love!! I always stop in and take doughnuts home. When leaving yesterday I made my usual stop at the Dover Dough Co. but they were sold out and I was sad that I wouldn't have my treat. Then I found out they had opened a second location in Sugar Creek (so happy!) I called to see if they had doughnuts before making the trip and the woman I spoke with asked what I wanted and put them aside for me while I made the 11 mile trip from Dover. She me so happy!! My sister and I stopped by on Thursday morning and found the shop mostly underwhelming. The staff person was not wearing a mask and seemed annoyed at serving us. None of the flavors were labeled in the case, so when asking what different things were, the staff person seemed annoyed that we even were asking.

The donuts were OK, quite sweet and nothing overly special.
