Ordered furniture in August and.it is still not here. They chose to deliver after a snowfall; the snowfall was predicted for a week. The delivery guy actually showed up and asked if I had a tractor or something to tow him with if he got stuck in the snow because a tow is 130 bucks and Andrea's doesn't like that. Then proceeds to ask if we have a truck to load the furniture into so we can drive it up. Mind you, the road he was driving on was worse than the driveway. After multiple conversations with me telling him I'm not towing him with my jeep, my furniture left undelivered. When we went in to look at the furniture...no one asked if we needed help. We had to flag someone down to process our order after being in there over an hour. When I called asking where my furniture was they actually told me that there were so many orders during the pandemic that they are behind and no matter where I went it would be the same thing. This rude conversation had us wanting to just cancel the order. If my furniture comes and it is actually worth the 3k I spent, I'll give it another star. But honestly, I would take your money where...
Read moreJust received our couch and 2 electric recliners 2 weeks ago. One of the recliners are broke, the couch is broke and the battery back up for the couch is defective. $3,200 and one recliner is working. They're taking care of it but after this and knowing their products come from China and Mexico it'll probably be our last purchase from them UPDATE Just received the replacement furniture. After waiting a week we received the new couch and recliner and the couch appears to be fine. After they put the recliner together i noticed another issue with the same piece (the adjusted headrest). It wouldn't pivot all the way back. After they looked at it for about a 1/2 hr they couldn't fix it and wanted to take it back until the new one came in. I said no that i wasnt being without a chair for another week. They said they would let them know when they got back. MEANWHILE i looked at the problem and found that when they fixed the first issue they reassembled it wrong and i got it working properly. I spoke with them on Monday and the lady lady seemed to find it amusing. I will definately look...
Read moreThe store is nice with a huge selection of furniture. I stopped at Andrea's on my way to another furniture store in the area where I was ordering a dining room table. I ran in to see what bed/headboard options they had. They had a couple I liked but as soon as I walked in I felt like I was being judged on what I was wearing - dressed comfortable - yoga pants and a shirt. I was not acknowledged by a single employee - which was fine because I was not purchasing that day but having that kind of staff is always obnoxious. The second time I stopped in was when I was picking up my dining room table (another store) and had my husband with me. We were asked if we needed help this time and we did make a purchase of a bed. The delivery was faster than expected and the delivery guys were awesome. Not sure if I would purchase from here again due to the staff and how judgmental they seem of everyone who walks in but really you cannot judge who is going to buy something and who is just browsing by...
