Update 10/3/21: Went to Eat n Park yesterday with family and friends from out of town. They were here visiting for Applefest. My guest decided they wanted to get food before they hit the road (it was a table of 4). Our waitress Kenzie was subpar. She did complain that she was tired but at 10:30 AM, it's not really that early nor should the customers suffer good service because the server decided to not get enough sleep. We ordered our food. The breakfast was pretty basic, my friend stated it reminded him of a continental breakfast at a hotel. There was hair in my syrup, we finally got our waitresses attention and she brought me a new container of syrup. Unfortunately by that time, my pancakes were cold she never offered to get new ones made or take these ones off the bill. My friend asked if we could have them taken off the bill and she stated she was unsure since the card had already been ran. When she returned she stated she could not take off the cold pancakes that came accompanied with hairy syrup because I had eaten the eggs and potatoes. Never heard of such a thing. I would not recommend eating at Eat N' Park, you're better off getting food at Sheetz-same...
Read moreService was terrible. Our waiter asked if we needed anything while he walked past the table not stopping to care what we answered to that question. I ordered county fried steak which was in the category that came with two sides. He said "oh, I think that one only comes with one but if it comes with two, do you want me to double the potatoes?" um, no! The description of county fried steak was "smothered in country gravy" but it came to the table with a dollop of maybe a tablespoon of gravy and dry potatoes. I asked if they had a pat of butter I could use for my potatoes, and my husband said"or gravy," and the waiter said, "I didn't hear you ask for butter or gravy." I certainly didn't hear him offer! I also thought that "smothered" meant more than a tiny dollop. Our iced tea was warm tea in a glass. Then he came with our check right after we started eating and said, "I' don't know if you want dessert, but I'm going on break. You can take this up to the front and ask the other waitress for dessert if you want anything." This was an awful experience, and I won't be going back any time soon, which is sad because I used to...
Read moreWe went to the Franklin location tonight for dinner. We walked in around 6pm the greeter walked up to us after a few minutes. She didnât say anything she just looked at us. I said table for 4 please. She then says âoh um I have to go clean a table offâ. Then she comes back a few min later to take us to our table. We sit down and begin to look at the menus. 15 minutes go by before the greeter comes back to our table and timidly asks us what we want to drink. She brings out our drinks and tell us that our server will be with us soon. We sit there for another 15 minutes he comes takes our order. At this point Iâm annoyed but whatever our food should come out soon. Half hour goes by and the âmanagerâ comes out to tell us that our server never put our order in. I was so mad we just got up and left. Each person we encountered acted as if it was their first day on the job fumbling through each interaction. I will not return to this location. On a brighter note we went down the road to Kings and had excellent service and our food...
