This place is full of DOA violations for improper sanitation and unclean venting above exposed food. • I have never in my life even thought about calling a health inspector until I had the pleasure of being serviced by this establishment. My food had hair in it, and I requested a refund. They said corporate would reach out to me regarding the refund request, and I never heard back. I come back after 6 months and found more hair in my food. I spoke to the manager, she gave the same corporate refund request nonsense, which has me livid because there was no way to guarantee that the refund will be entered. This prompted me to review their inspections on the Department of Agriculture website, where I discovered 5 violations for the place being dirty and debris flying through the air. I am sad at them

Some of their food is absolutely amazing. Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars, but their carry out and pick up service is pretty lacking. Here is a picture of the last take out order I received. This was after straightening it up a bit.. The girl brought it out carrying it sideways so there was gravy EVERYWHERE, and note the tiny dab of cranberry sauce. Over the past couple months I've ordered both curbside delivery and take out. Almost every time their food isn't even close to as good as eat in. Going forward I will only be eating in. Im disappointed because their eat in food is really good, I just wish their take out was as well prepared. Their soups are great both ways (potato in particular is EXCELLENT).

A good surprise! I kept thinking they were saying “Eaton” Park lol! It’s a good clean friendly eatery. A lot like a Denny’s The staff was efficient and friendly. The service was quick. The food was good. I’m glad we went there. If your hungry it’s a good place to enjoy a nice meal. Not too noisy. Plenty of seating. With seating for larger parties as well. Good for families. Good idea for kids as it’s not too crazy crowded seating wise. Give it a try You’ll probably be glad you did! “E” comes before “P” Eat …. And they have plenty of places to park! Too! Lol Park yourself outside… Then go park yourself inside and enjoy a good meal!!!

Update 10/3/21: Went to Eat n Park yesterday with family and friends from out of town. They were here visiting for Applefest. My guest decided they wanted to get food before they hit the road (it was a table of 4). Our waitress Kenzie was subpar. She did complain that she was tired but at 10:30 AM, it's not really that early nor should the customers suffer good service because the server decided to not get enough sleep. We ordered our food. The breakfast was pretty basic, my friend stated it reminded him of a continental breakfast at a hotel. There was hair in my syrup, we finally got our waitresses attention and she brought me a new container of syrup. Unfortunately by that time, my pancakes were cold she never offered to get new ones made or take these ones off the bill. My friend asked if we could have them taken off the bill and she stated she was unsure since the card had already been ran. When she returned she stated she could not take off the cold pancakes that came accompanied with hairy syrup because I had eaten the eggs and potatoes. Never heard of such a thing. I would not recommend eating at Eat N' Park, you're better off getting food at Sheetz-same...

Service was terrible. Our waiter asked if we needed anything while he walked past the table not stopping to care what we answered to that question. I ordered county fried steak which was in the category that came with two sides. He said "oh, I think that one only comes with one but if it comes with two, do you want me to double the potatoes?" um, no! The description of county fried steak was "smothered in country gravy" but it came to the table with a dollop of maybe a tablespoon of gravy and dry potatoes. I asked if they had a pat of butter I could use for my potatoes, and my husband said"or gravy," and the waiter said, "I didn't hear you ask for butter or gravy." I certainly didn't hear him offer! I also thought that "smothered" meant more than a tiny dollop. Our iced tea was warm tea in a glass. Then he came with our check right after we started eating and said, "I' don't know if you want dessert, but I'm going on break. You can take this up to the front and ask the other waitress for dessert if you want anything." This was an awful experience, and I won't be going back any time soon, which is sad because I used to...

We went to the Franklin location tonight for dinner. We walked in around 6pm the greeter walked up to us after a few minutes. She didn’t say anything she just looked at us. I said table for 4 please. She then says “oh um I have to go clean a table off”. Then she comes back a few min later to take us to our table. We sit down and begin to look at the menus. 15 minutes go by before the greeter comes back to our table and timidly asks us what we want to drink. She brings out our drinks and tell us that our server will be with us soon. We sit there for another 15 minutes he comes takes our order. At this point I’m annoyed but whatever our food should come out soon. Half hour goes by and the “manager” comes out to tell us that our server never put our order in. I was so mad we just got up and left. Each person we encountered acted as if it was their first day on the job fumbling through each interaction. I will not return to this location. On a brighter note we went down the road to Kings and had excellent service and our food...
