absolute worse! I googled the closest chinese place near me and New China Carryout was the first to pop up so I decided to go with them. When I called a lady answered the phone and I asked her if the sold steamed shrimp and she told me yes and then asked me if I wanted half a pound or a whole and I told her half. I proceeded to tell her I wanted a small fry and steak and green peppers she told me to hold on and then got back on the phone and asked what else and I asked if it reached the minimum delivery rate and she said no so I began to see what else I wanted after 10 seconds she said in the rudest way I have ever been talked to at any place of business "could I hurry up cause she has other customers" as someone who works in the food industry I know first hand that it is totally unacceptable to talk to any customer like that and the fact that she did made me so disgusted and I told her that I just wanted to cancel my order then she proceeded to say okay in a nonchalant manner and then I hung up. I have never had their food and after that horrible customer service I will never call or try to order from them again. They seriously need to learn better customer service and how to talk to people in general. So disappointed...

Do not call order ahead. save yourself the trouble. they will make your order only when you arrive, defeating the purpose of calling your order in. I used to order all the time. I'm not wasting my time or money on this place. I call my order in before getting on bus for work or after dinner. This is fourth time they cooked my order aftrr I arrived. Today it took over 20 from my call in time that I arrived and over 13 min for the lady to say " almost done" I could have walked to shoppers, purchased food, cooked rice and made a stir fry for fraction of cost & headache. Would have been roughly the same...

I ordered delivery. I ordered the egg roll, sweet and sour chicken, and chicken low mein. The egg roll and chicken low mein was decent. However, the sweet and sour chicken was supposed to come with white rice. I never got the white rice so I couldn't even eat much of it until I got home a few hours later to make rice to continue eating. When I first got the sweet and sour chicken and I bit into it, some of the chicken wasn't cooked through! So not only was the chicken not cooked through and I had to recook it, I had to make my own rice that was promised...
