Fort Davis Shopping Center — Local services in Washington

It used to be one of my favorite spots being that it was right in my neighborhood slowly but surely and his change and I lost one of my most favorite stores which was the Beltway Beauty Supply run by a wonderful lady named Kathy I will patronize it still but hoping that they will make better changes so that people can really enjoy having the convenience of shopping near their home also I pray that they do something about the security at CVS because those wonderful people have to deal with a lot of people running out of the store with merchandise that's something I think the cops can handle rather than spending a lot of time at the 7-Eleven but I do see them trying to make...

This place is so unprofessional uneducated about the system that they are working with. This was my second time in this Fort Davis Center for the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager and or supervisor and the were unsure of what was going on. I found out that all of the workers don't know how to do some of the things that need to be done for the customers. More training is needed for all staff. I don't wish that anyone has to go through what I went through. I took two months and many supervisors to process my case. I still don't know if it is done correctly. Something really needs to change at the DHS on how they process cases. Customer service really needs...

This is a small strip mall with very few establishments, a small parking lot, DHS Building, and a convenient store.

There needs to be some improvements in their sidewalk. It is uneven with broken and chipped pieces of concrete. One could easily fall, miss a step, trip, or twist their ankle.

The busiest place is the DHS building. The building has security and a metal detector that everyone must go through in order to conduct business there. They do have public restrooms.
