Sake Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sulphur

I absolutely love this resturant, we frequent here because its the best All you can eat in the area, but sadly today was in interesting experience. Our waitress Mckenzie was absolutely amazing, she was kind, quick, and efficient. She got us our food quickly and didn't miss a single thing while continuously checking on us making sure we were always satisfied. Sadly other workers think it's playtime. Cashier Stacy was rude, and continuously playing around with what seems to be a friend at the cash register and exchanging unsettling glances to customers while they vape in the establishment. These workers are inconsiderate and lack proper hospitality Not taking into account that some People have asthma and other respiratory issues and no one wants to smell vape smoke wafting through the establishment while trying to enjoy their absolutely delicious food!! This went on the entire hour and a half I was there and was still happening as I left out the door. Typically this resturant has amazing service and you can see every employee working hard but tonight was an exception. I still 100% recommend this resturant. Some recommend foods are the Gyoza, Hailey roll, mardigras roll, peppered tuna, the hibachi and the green...

The service I experienced wasn't really good. I ordered the chicken ramen, and while that tasted amazing, the wait time for the ramen was pretty long because they were more focused on a group ordering the AYCE sushi rather than just a singular person. Typical service stuff I know, but I wasn't checked on much either. Later when I go to hand my card over to pay for my meal, they charged me for the wrong ticket! My meal was supposed to be $15 and they charged me for a $64 order instead from the group who was ordering the AYCE because they just weren't paying attention.

EDIT: Yes the server did correct the mistake, but that's not the point. What if I only had so much money in my bank account? Say I got charged the $64 and then my card declined after they tried to charge me again without even talking to me about the issue first. The server talked to the other table but not me about it before charging my card again. The point is the server really should have been paying attention! Especially since the actual ticket was...

I'm not even sure where to begin! We sat for a while before drinks was taken food came at an alright pase (they forgot my soup but once reminded i got it) The all you can eat is rigged if you don't finish your food they charge you for not finishing it 1$ per piece of sushi that is left the hibachi itself was slimy got the steak and scallops and I'm sure the steak was boiled in i don't even know what! The sushi was eah got the god zilla an the i guess was supose to be shrimp was discolored...me and my husband both ended up with turned stomachs and rushing to a bathroom after like 30 minutes.... now refills was fast which was about they only thing that really was worth anything! And to top it off they don't give you an option to tip 18% is already added to the bill! I get tipping but don't force a tip especially if its not worth it! I WILL NEVER GO BACK ! AN I WILL DARN SURE NEVER...
