I bought raw thawed white gulf shrimp YESTERDAY MORNING and they have been in the fridge since then they were orangish color when I bought them and they gave off an overwhelming fish odor. Everyone in my home refuses to eat them and when I googled it, shrimp do not go bad in the fridge overnight and we’re only left out on the counter for 45 minutes. Shrimp take at the most two hours to go bad out of the fridge. I paid for a pound of BAD SHRIMP! I want a full refund or replacement of what I bought and I DO have my receipt. The smell of them make me sick. I really don’t want to have to call the corporate office and file a conpaint on Kroger and the staff. Even though I definitely should. This makes me outraged. I have been shopping at this store for many years and I have seen these employees be so disrespected and treated like they were at fault for the shortages of everything. The times that I witnessed the horrible treatment of the cashier or stocker they kept their cool and treated the person with respect and and apologetic manner that the customer didn't deserve.. I will always appreciate each one of them and will be sure to let them know it. Now when will the store go back to the regular...

My husband & I stopped there on our way from Houston to New Orleans. The store employees had mask properly worn but the customers were rampant & abundantly walking around with NO MASK. More importantly a man sneezed ALOUD (never coverings his face) as we waited in line at the Starbucks. There was NO ONE insisting or encouraging customers to wear mask. Please consider the danger of being around others who do not wear mask.....
