Red Kettle Coffee delivers a solid, if somewhat uneven, experience. Their coffee lives up to the hype, boasting rich, well-balanced flavors that satisfy even discerning palates. Coupled with their exceptional empanadas, flaky and filled with savory goodness, it's a winning combination perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. Unfortunately, the same enthusiasm doesn't extend to their smoothies. They fall flat, lacking the vibrant, fresh taste one expects, and lean towards a watered-down consistency. The limited food options beyond empanadas are a notable drawback. While the empanadas are excellent, a wider selection would greatly enhance their appeal. This restricted menu might deter those seeking a more comprehensive meal. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a morning brew or a mid-afternoon snack. In essence, Red Kettle Coffee excels in its core offerings: coffee and empanadas. If you prioritize those, you won't be disappointed. Ā Ā Ā Read moreLovely place. Was passing through on my way back from SoCal and stopped. Got a couple bags of beans to take home and enjoyed every pour over I made. I did get a pour over while there and it was fantastic. I was there on a Sunday and they had cronuts (it is a weekend thing), so I brought some home for the family and they loved them. The gals behind the counter were not the most personable and smiling seemed to be foreign to them, but I won't let that destroy my opinion of the place. I can deal with grumpy if it means a good cup of coffee. I love craft coffee and unfortunately do run into baristas that aren't the friendliest of sorts, especially at places that serve locally roasted beans. I think it comes with the territory. Cute little shop to stop at for a...

This is a wonderful shop! The atmosphere is quintessential SB, the WiFi is good, the food is nice and the coffee is great. I love that they have oat milk and the signs were super cute.
We were very impressed when we walked in, but upon ordering we found that they had no single-use cups, that it was all paper and plastic. We understand that the facilities and time for dishes can be constraining, but this will probably keep us from coming back. I think it is simply too glaring of an environmental consideration to be on the unsustainable side of.
One big thing that I was unable to get enough info on was the sustainability and quality of...
