I’ve been eyeballing this place since it’s right next door to another Thai restaurant which I found a bit interesting. However they are more carry out and fast casual focused. Since it was a late dinner for us I wanted to give this place a try. I placed and order over the phone and asked if they had any GF options since hubby has celiac. They ensured me that the pad Thai, and green curry were both GF. I also got a small cup of the Tom Yum soup. I was actually happy they had the small option because most places I’ve been to only have one size and it’s always large and around $15 or more. My total was $37 for these 3 things which I felt was very fair for Summerville. Pad Thai - 4/5 this one was on the sweeter side with some nice acidity. The noodles were just slighter cooked too much for me as I prefer it a bit more al dente. But they did a good job caramelizing the noodles and the chicken was tender. I found the flavor to be pleasant especially for being gluten free. Green curry- 4/5 flavors were there but I just needed a bit more depth and texture. It felt lighter but not in a bad way, still enjoyed it and the veggies were cooked well. Tom Yum - 4/5 I do enjoy this soup with a bit more tanginess. It did have a lighter taste and didn’t have that potent tum yum flavor I was looking for so I added a squeeze of lime to it. Still a beautiful soup and enjoyed that. The owner was very nice and told me everything is made fresh which I appreciated. It’s a small place but very cute and quaint. Kind of took me back to the small shops and restaurants I’ve been to in Bangkok, it had a homey feeling. Saw a lot of other good options on the menu, will come back again!

In the nicest possible way, this is the worst pho I’ve ever had. They didn’t skim it properly and it looks like there is dirt in it first of all. Second pho broth is suppose to be a light almost clear color. This is almost black. 3rd it’s sweet, like I couldn’t even get past the sweetness to try to Enjoy it. Iknow it’s suppose to have a small amount of cinnamon and sugar but it shouldn’t taste like I’m eating sugar water. 4th the gyoza looked like they fried it in a dirty pan, there’s black spots all over it.

This was our first time trying the place. It is a carry out only restaurant. There are a few high stools but no real dine in option. We ordered the drunken noodles with beef and the stir fry with pork. Both meats were dry and not tender at all. The flavor of the stir fry was bland. The drunken noodles flavor was good but the beef was very dry. I was expecting so much more.

We found our Thai place! After moving to Summervillle from Kansas last year, we went on the search for a great Thai restaurant. We tried several places; some ok, most bad. But then we found My Thai.

Pad Thai is our go-to and My Thai did not disappoint. It was delicious! Not knowing what to expect, we ordered medium and it had a nice heat without being too hot. Will try hot next time.

The My Thai Rolls and the Fresh Orchid Rolls were awesome! Highly recommended! The service was outstanding as well. We will definitely be back.

If you want some delicious Thai in Summerville, look no further...
