McDonald's — Restaurant in Summit Township

Yesterday around 430pm-5pm... I came in this mc ds because my friend who is extremely pregnant asked for mc Donald... I ordered two spicy chicken deluxe and a pounder with bacon and cheese... I also asked the kind young man for the chicken to be fresh... I had to wait at the register for over 6 min mind you while the manager or who ever she was, who seen me and ignored me till there was two other people behind me... well the young man apologized to me for the wait and said of course I can have it fresh.. I heard both the cook and the manager confirm that I asked for fresh... this whole time the who ever she was, was too busy flirting with the cook and talking so loud she acted like she didn't care about anything in the world... so I went to my car to drop off my drink and wallet so I can carry everything thinking it would be 5-10 min or so for the fresh chicken only to be told by another customer not even 2 min after ordering that they called my name... I was doubtful that it was fresh but figured maybe they just made some before I got there... tried a fry because they are always cold and no salt.. fries were room temp but also no salt so went inside and asked the manager for some salt just to walk out the door with her saying smack about the coupon girl... me... I'm the coupon girl I can't afford 30 bucks worth of mc.ds just to get cold stuff and three things never made right..and of course I live 2 min from there got home chicken was old and dry burger was old and dry. We all know they fries are never fresh here... how is this place still open... where is the higher ups I'm sure if they showed up more things wouldn't be like this... anyways waste of money.. friend got sick had to go to er to make sure everything was good... going to have to report this.. shame on you. I wounder how many people this new manager has killed because of neglect... please go anywhere else but here. Friend is...

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt one too many times. I enjoy treating myself every once in a while and when I first started to come to this location they did well. The past 3 months have been shitty to say the least.

My experience tonight really irritates me. My husband and I stopped by to grab double cheeseburgers for multiple people. We let them know it was going to be a larger order and we were even okay with waiting. We get our order and pull into a parking spot to check it. We were missing half our order and upon checking the burgers they didn't have any condiments or toppings (I asked for extra onion on all of them). My husband went in and waited an hour for them to fix the order- thats fine it was a big order.

While waiting my husband was met by a worker who was outright rude, yelling to her team lead that she packed the order and made sure the whole order was there. He didn't even ask for the burgers to be re made completely, only that the toppings be added. She handed him the bag with still only half our order. My husband proceeded to wait for the other half our order and another worker had to ask the original woman if she was going to do her job and give him his food.

They ended up giving us a whole re-made order. We didn't think to check it considering we had just death with going in to get it fixed so we went home. Unpon getting home we opened the burgers and again there were no pickles and no onion (besides 2 which had the extra onion and nothing else).

I am done with this location. Besides this, they don't have a working phone (according to the workers) which is ever so convenient considering they are always messing up orders from...

North West Ave, Jackson This place is terrible. I used to go to this location frequently. Recently orders aren't correctt, food is missing. Then today, June 26, 2018, around 9:30 pm nobody was taking orders at drive through. Everyone in the drive through line was leaving. I drove around and looked inside. Staff was just standing around talking behind the counters. I won't be going back.

West Mich Ave, jackson What a joke. My family went in last Friday for dinner. We had to order at the touch screen, which isn't uncommon now. When we printed the receipt it came. Out blank. We said something to the employee behind the counter, he said they don't have anything to do with those. So we get our order and sit down. Nothing is right, items are missing and we have stuff we didn't order. The man who ordered after us was waiting and noticed our messed up order. We had some of his food, but not all of what he ordered. We both went up to the counter. They said that we were together, according to there screen in the back. We informed him that we had seperate orders at seperate times, as he came in after us. He also had a blank receipt, so we couldn't prove any of it. And even if we had been 1 order, we were still missing 3 large fries, 1 burger and our pies. The other guy was missing a 20 pc nugget. We did end up getting everthjng, but it took like 15 min.
