Arby's — Restaurant in Sumter

I just don't understand why this Arby's absolutely refuses to ever make my sandwich correctly. I've gone there at least 6 times and ordered the same sandwich every single time-- A roast beef gyro with extra onion, extra gyro sauce, no tomatoe. Never have they once made it correctly. I either get no onion, no gyro sauce, and extra tomatoes or none of any of the three items. I just don't understand. How hard is it to read or take an order properly. The Abry's on broad street has literally never messed this up despite how busy they generally are. I went today, and I must say I'm giving up. I will not be returning to that Arby's. I was so excited to have one being built so close to my house, but I would seriously rather just drive all the way across town. At least, I'll get what I'm asking...

They gave me everything in my order but one item but from the time I paid for my order till the time I received that last item was 12 minutes and all I got was a 'sorry for the wait'. And that item? Was a chicken bacon Swiss. I would have spent less time waiting for a double quarter pounder with cheese, which is known to be a specialty item that takes longer. A chicken bacon Swiss, I thought that was a normal item. I didn't realize they had to slaughter the darn chicken and pig. Keep in mind when I arrived the drive-thru was empty. I placed my order but when I moved forward I was behind a truck that I had to wait behind for about another 5 minutes and this was not a busy time. District manager should definitely be involved in this store and take a look at the videotapes...

Not one customer in the restaurant, and the dual order lane drive thru had only one car in line or at the speaker, Me. I ordered a 2 for $6, with nuggets and a classic roast beef sandwich. Food was fine with the exception that some of the nuggets did not seem to have the same breading or for that matter, the nuggets, seemed as if they might have sat under the light/warmer at bit longer than they would have liked. Four of the nuggets were Chewy? It somewhat reminds one of the texture of a cold scallop. My issue is the 3:54 minutes I waited for my simple order, while cars were not only piling up behind me...
