Here’s an honest review from a long time customer. Leo’s used to be really good about 5 years ago and before. Since this time the prices have gone up, while the food quality has gone down. Also what kind of wing joint won’t let you split 12 wings to two flavors? But they tell you to order two 6 counts instead which cost significantly more than a 12 count. So what’s the difference other than money grubbing? I worked in restaurants for years and I’ll tell you, it’s very easy to split wing flavors. They remodeled what used to be a really cool and cozy atmosphere into something that feels like I’m in some generic corporate place. The color is a complete downgrade from the old, as it takes the life out of the place. it smells like the bar next door now for some reason as well, stale liquor and cigarettes doesn’t make me hungry. The wings and boneless are guaranteed to be overcooked. They do shine in a particular area however; their wraps are some of the best in town and are about the only redeeming quality for Leo’s these days aside from the servers who are usually polite and attentive. The spicy cheeseburger wrap is a personal favorite. Last few times I was there, it also seemed like they either aren’t changing their oil often enough or cleaning the fryers consistently the fries were much darker than normal and tasted of old oil, (if you're familiar with the difference then you know what I’m talking about). To conclude, Leo’s has gone down hill pretty far. Die hard customers will remain, but new customers will likely be disappointed. Hope to see them turn things around and get back to making...
Read moreCame here for the 1st time after many people spoke highly of this place. Waited a while for menus. Then my friend and I ordered wings well done and a club sandwich. Took about a half hr for the wings which were not well done. Sent them back. Came out 20 mins later right, but my friend was still waiting on a sandwich. How does it take an hr for a sandwich? The manager came over and said she made the sandwich personally. she didnt know how it got overlooked. 2 of my wings were deformed and should not have been served. I was told it would take 30 mins for 2 more wings. We were given a military discount which was 1.20 off the meal. Never will I go here again.
Nice tone in the spot. But not quality food or service.
Manager had the nerve to say come back. Dont let this bad experience hinder us from...
Read moreOrdered some wings tonight and the only thing I asked was for a little extra of the flavoring on the wings. I only eat the garlic romano flavor and sometimes they lack seasoning. I pick up my order 20 dollars get home which I live almost an hour away and open the containers the wings havld been cooked so long the meat had dried out the skin of the chicken had turned bitter to what I was tasting. I tried to eat and threw the rest away called to speak to manager they were already gone for the day and the only solution was bring back my order to get them redone which at this point I would not want them redone no offer to get my money back! An apology yes but other than that no other option was given to me the CUSTOMER... I simply told her I would not be...
