First of all, my complaint is not with this store at all. My review relates to the "company philosophy" to which all Papa Murphy stores must have adhere to. I've tried a few different pizzas, but I think I'll try elsewhere. My complaint relates to the "special" I recently purchased. Keep in mind they build their pizzas on a scale. I ordered the pepperoni & sausage pizza. I usually like the sauce to be brought up to include the edges of the pie, which they did for me. Mind you, they started with as little sauce as possible based on the scale. Rather than add just a little bit more sauce, I watched the guy swirl the spatula around and around and around until it looked like he was applying a super thin coat of plaster to a wall. I watched him add some cheese, but apparently it was over the limit on the scale, so he took a little off. Then we moved on to the pepperoni. Of course, they must have to count the number of slices because even though he could have added more, I watched him throw the one slice left in his hand back into the bin. Next we sprinkled a little bit of sausage pieces and finally to another scale where they added just a smidgeon more of cheese. When I got home, I added several more slices of pepperoni to fill in the gaps. After cooking my pizza, there just wasn't the bubbly cheese and tomato sauce you normally associate with a well made pizza. Overall, it was tasteless and we threw out the remaining slices because they weren't worth eating. Many of your reviews mention the freshness and etc., however how about adding enough ingredients to make it taste like a good...

Read morepizza is always great but one gentlemen with glasses that makes the pizzas there at this location on grand ave, was very rude and unproffesional on top of that the pizza that I usually get was not made right . Usually it's very cheesy and it wasn't and the toppings I asked and paid for they surely skimmed on them cause they has hardly any. I used to like going here cause it was closer to home but I'm not going to this place after going there for a long time I refuse to go back to that location because they made me feel like i wasn't to smart or brave. The fact is I wanted to jump over the long counter and go after that rude guy but I held my composure. Next time I'll go to another location before I ever think of going back to that place up...
