While the museum may have odd hours of operation it is well worth making a phone call to see if it'll be open. Don't miss the "theatre video" (a seriously unedited "first take" and so amateurish by today's standards). It's hilarious as the "actor" scuffs his tires on the curb. Once you enter, it's just $5 which is a great deal as they also provide you a tour for that. You get to learn about the history of Sun City and Del Webb. They have the main room which has some antique furniture. Next to that is an old kitchen with a historic stove, fridge, and shelves. To the side, they have an old bathroom with historic stuff from the 1900s and next to that is a small theater with ~15 or so seats and you can sit there and watch a video to learn more about the history.
