Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sun City

It was absolutely terrible. I asked right upfront if I could PLEASE have (fresh)chicken and I told them that my Son used to work at KFC and I know they have a upper tray and a lower tray of chicken. One is usually always the freshest. The lady said you will have to ask him. And I did and he told me that they had some fresh chicken that he had just pulled up I said oh good because I usually don't get KFC so this a real treat. Well I sit down with my meal and the chicken was HORRIBLE, the Legs only had meat on one side and the crust was hard as a rock. Fresh it was NOT!!!!

So I took it back and kindly asked the girl at the counter if they had any that look better than that needless to say she was not very nice she didn't apologize she didn't say anything. The next thing I knew she slings them in the trash and proceeded to get me two more. My biscuit was hard as a rock(but I didn't know that until I had gotten back from when) I went to ask for butter and honey I got two packages of honey no butter and needless to say we definitely will not go back. That location you used to be and again I will say used to be one of the best because it's located in Sun City Arizona and it used to be great because of all the senior citizens that where to fill the place up for lunch but it's no longer that way very...

This is our favorite go to fast food place. It is only a block away and we love the fact we can get KFC & Taco Bell at the same place. They have a worker there named Rick. He is SOOO wonderful. He is always polite, cheerful and helpful. He knows a lot of the regular customers and greets them by name. He also knows what they usually order. If he sees my mom and I at the door he is there to open the door for us; since I use a power wheelchair and my mom uses a scooter. If either of us comes in without the other he always ask how the other one is. He has been about the only worker to give us a complete receipt so we can fill out the customer survey so we can get the free offer. We have seen many employees there come and go but he is still there. He doesn't stand around idle or gossiping with other employees. If he is working the counter and there is no one in line he is out in the seating area cleaning. I've noticed a distinct difference in how that area looks when we come in. Wish other employees were as hard working and as pleasant as he is. He is a HUGE asset to your company. Oh yeah he also lets you know when a new item or special...

I have been to this location about 4 times now, because my wife works close by. I always have used the drive thru due to the fact I always have my infant daughter with me when I visit my wife for lunch. It is just easier to use the drive thru. All 4 times I have been to this location, I was always greeted by a rude incompetent lady, whom obviously does not enjoy working here. I am always given attitude when I ask any questions of the menu. I don't normally ask questions of the menu at places I go, but this location is both a Tacobell, and a KFC, so most of the menu items I am accustomed to seeing on both those menus are excluded from this locations menu. I think the owner of this location truly does not care about their customers concerns, because the phone number on the receipt and on Google, does not have an answering machine, and only rings and rings about 10 times before disconnecting. Today was the last straw, they were having a problem with THEIR drivethru communication equipment, and took the frustration out on me, THE PAYING CUSTOMER. I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS...
