I previously had a raving review, but bc of what occurred today, I'm modifying it. Theie daily specials are usually a good delicious bargain for seniors, especially. Whe. I placed my order today for the Monday "beef tios" special, I asked to pay for extra noodles bc all I have been getting served on my take-out order is a perimeter of noodles with some sauce in the middle. So, today, 10/20/25, I received the extra noodles & an abundance of sauce that contained ONLY ONE single small beef tip. I'm sure the cook qho serves up my dish did that on purpose. I had a plenty of mushrooms, a couple if carrots & celery pieces but ONLY ONE beef tip. So Royal should make "Tips" a singular noun & call their Monday special "Beef Tip over noodles'. Qw ordered two servings & the 2nd one had 5 " small grape-aize" beef tips. So the moral of the story is don't ask for anything different & offer to pay for the customization. My husband and I went around 4pm today, Saturday, August 17th. Was told to sit anywhere. Then once sat. There were two younger girls working at servers. The one who was our server had to keep being chased down to get refills and any extra items such as napkins. She spent most of her time in the kitchen area. The other server that was just as young as her got an attitude when asked to get a refill of tea since we couldn't find our server. Never did our server come back once food was served to see how things were or if anything was needed. We've been her before about a month ago and had been back at least 2 to 3 times a week before today. Our server whom I think was a Hispanic male and a couple of other servers in previous visits were very friendly and always checked on us to see if anything was needed.
