Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Sunnyside

I'd like to share my experience with Papa Murphy's. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to call them, and no one ever answered the phone. Frustrated, I decided to create an account and place an order online. I live in Granger, so I had my mother drive all the way to Sunnyside to pick up my order. To my disappointment, when my mother returned home, she realized that they hadn't provided everything I had ordered. I tried calling them to inform them of the missing items, but I couldn't get through to anyone. This mishap ended up costing me the gas and time. It's disheartening to think that they might not pay attention to online orders when they're short-staffed. I'm quite upset about the lack of attention to detail from their staff and the poor service I received. I'm really frustrated that I didn't receive my complete meal.

This is the Sunnyside store on Monday July 11th.. The girls that were wrking were very unprofessional they were in the back talking and wouldn’t come take my order I was the only one in there, and I ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of them were wrong , I didn’t realize til I got home I just saw the top one was right ! And now I’ve been calling for 30 minutes and they won’t answer...

Pizza would be good if it was made how a pizza is supposed to be made all the toppings in the middle of the pizza every time I went there I have to remake it putting toppings evenly spread out I get their busy but I'm remaking and cooking 5 to 7 pizzas while taking care of 5 grand kids two teens and two elderly people and not one pizza burns or...
