Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Sunnyside

ive been a dutchbros fan for about 2 years its been my secound time stopping at this location in sunnyside since im new to the area. i've never had a bad expirience at dutchbros in those 2 years but today was different when i got there there was 2 cars infront of me, I waiting in line for about 10-15 min didnt bother me at all (sometimes places are short staffed) but then i pulled up to the window and there was 3 persons just standing around talking with each other took them a min to even start taking my order or to even greet me since they were finishing their story on how they ran over a toad! finally i place my order and then guess what!? yupp they messed up my drink because they were too busy still talking about their storys i was ignored all the time i was waiting for my drink. (i asked for the watermelon fizz no redbull) im caffeine sensitive and dont consume any caffeine, and yes you guessed right i drove off took a sip and there was redbull in it! just tossed my $6 dollar drink thanks a lot! im very disappointed will no longer come back to this location where my health can be at risk i will now drive to prosser where ive been going for the past 2 months that ive been...

Did not get what I ordered. When I took it back the mAnager basically called me a liar about one of the drinks. He gave me two new drinks. One still wrong. Undrinkable. He argued with me! None of the three workers knew what drip coffee was. Actually asked what it was. Gave me an espresso Americano and said it was how they made drip coffee. All I can say is why aren't these kids trained in all coffee at a coffee shop? They lacked training in all areas of customer service. Worst Dutch Brothers I've been to. Only one side was open without clear markings, so we waited behind a car that was in the wrong line for a while, then had to join the increasingly long single line (no one pointed out it was the wrong line, I had to ask). Then the line moved really sloooowly. People before us got the wrong drinks, so we had to wait for them to be remade.
