VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER SERIOUSLY NEEDS IMMEDIATE RETRAINING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER, MANAGER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS

Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:45 according to taco bells website & app. We came to get breakfast around 10:15 they helped us order just to say they are out of eggs (which in Taco Bell language just means they donât want to make more) so as our cashier is trying to figure out a alternative with us, the manager starts yelling over her and the cashier LITERALLY HAD TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY SHE DOESNâT KNOW WHATS GOING ON!đ when we agreed on a alternative the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager rudely hands the money, and would no longer let us order a alternative. We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that sheâs not going to refund us ect. The cashier then lets me know and I ask to speak to the manager. She then comes out and asked very rudely what the problem was I told her I came for breakfast not a soda. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change.
Oh and I didnât even get my full $20 back THE MANAGER SHORTED ME MY CHANGE! đ¤Śââď¸ COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF YOU ARE REFUNDED AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!!

   Read moreI am Regular Customer and I Visit this Location atleast five times week and every time i Order my Food, either is missing items or wrong order. I do Complaint to the Managers most of the times about the issue But this time my Today's Visit had similar issue with my Order which was messed up order. My Wife and my Kids are Vegetarian and they don't eat Beef/Meat. So I called and Spoke with Female Manager Name (Rebecca) and told me that you the only Customer always has problems with your Order. She also said its not that we don't believe you, its just we can't do it right every time. The Main Reason i am really upset because at the End of our Conversation over the Phone, she told me that its Batter not to come to this Location or just don't come back here again. Only thing i don't understand is that we Pay Full Amount of Money for our Food and only thing we ask for is not to Add Meat/Beef and whats so Hard about that to understand. That's Mistake do this every single time. If this Location make this type of Mistakes to my Order every single time, So think how many other customer they do this too. They just ripping of customer by messing up their order or not Providing their items for what customers paid for and if you try to Complaint to the Managers at this Location in Sunnyside, They will tell you Straight saying Since we can't make your Order right, its Batter not to come back again. We have to go back around again even though there were absolutely no one else in the drive thru line. So we literally would have just went around for nothing. So we then decided not to take any of our order and left. we decided to go ahead and pull around front so I could go inside and get the managers name which was Fabian . I asked politely after waiting to be helped what their names were he asked my why I told him I was on the phone with corporate and for them to have a good night. The manager then decided to take out his cell phone and record me leaving. Why I donât know I was not being rude .
